Family-friendly holiday rentals in Colomitos Beach

The apartment was wonderful with a nice layout and an extremely comfortable bed. There was a fully stocked kitchen, towels, washer/dryer, and the shower was lovely. I would love to book this place again!

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

Overall a great experience. I have been to PV several times over the last 20 years and the location and this was one of the best experiences so far. This location is ideal for beach, night life, restaurants, and overall convenience. Our building host Alfredo was so nice and helpful and made our check in so easy. There was a minor issue with the room that he was up front about but it was not a big deal and he was super accommodating. Elíseo the owner of the unit was super responsive to my communication and there were no issues with the rental. We met several of the owners during our stay and they were all lovely and very nice. It was a very mature group of owners/renters and we very much felt peace of mind and not a party atmosphere. We would definitely stay at 353 Amapas again.

We love Marianne’s place! This is the second time we have stayed there. Marianne is a great and responsive host. The house is gorgeous, in a great location, and very comfortable for multiple families. The daily cleaning by Vicky is great and she makes a terrific breakfast (not to mention, she’s very nice!). We also had a dinner prepared by Chef Caroline and her son, which was incredible. Marianne has thought of everything for you to have a great stay including beach toys and towels. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Gorgeous home, right in the heart of La Cruz. Easy walking to restaurants, beach, and town square. Our favorite was the pool and all the iguanas in the back yard.

Excellent accommodation, I exceed our expectations, everything is very clean, fully equipped kitchen, functional wifi, the largest pool of what we would look like, all amenities are all very well, definitely our first option to return. Let's hope someday I could have the pool heated, because we had cold weather and we almost couldn't enjoy it, but everything was excellent.

This is a great modern condo with everything you need for your stay. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Also an amazing rooftop pool with a great view of the bay & Puerto Vallarta. Worth the stay! N

Amazing location and spacious airbnb! Devin was super responsive with any issues we had and even accommodated with our later flight with a later check out time. Highly recommend!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

A very beautiful home and the pool is great. Kitchen was easy to cook in and beds were comfortable. We were there 10 days and a house cleaner came twice. Host was very responsive and helpful. There is construction noise during the week and the host is honest about this. I think you won’t find a place in Sayulita that doesn’t have construction noise as it is a growing city. The home is difficult to find. Put in the name of house in Google Maps to locate it - just the street address will take you to the wrong building with the same address.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

This was a guys birthday trip, we stayed Mar 1-4th. The service was amazing, best experience with chef and cleaning team Chayo and Chela, you ladies are the best! They prepared the most delicious foods for us and were always very attentive to our every need. The house was wonderful with spectacular views! Location was perfect for us, short uber trip to the center of PV. House is in a secure gated community. This hands down was one of the best trips and will definitely be back!

Casa Mango is up in the hills with beautiful Mountain views. The outdoor/indoor concept was so relaxing. So many outdoor spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy nature. I’m glad we rented a golf cart as the hills are steep. The house is equipped with everything and communication with Michele was quick and easy. Pool was amazing to relax by and swim. The only thing I wish I knew is that the three bedrooms are very separate. One room is downstairs in main house. The other two are outside, up the stairs and across an outdoor patio space. This is great for couples as stated but as an overprotective mother who likes to be in earshot of her children, it was an adjustment for us. I ended up not sleeping in one of the bedrooms and slept with my daughter. This is a personal issue for me and nothing against the layout. I just wish some reviews were more specific so we could have based our decision off that. But I would definitely recommend Casa Mango and come back and stay again! (When kids are older)

we had an amazing stay. the host was very accommodating. they even let us stay a few hours past check-out because our flight wasn't leaving until the evening. amazing location, far enough away from downtown that it is quiet. but still close enough to get downtown in just a few minutes walk.

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

Our family had a great vacation here. Everything was very clean and organized. The host provided ample information to help us explore the area. The pool felt fantastic during the summer heat. The location of this house is very close to the beach and a short walk to anywhere you want to go in the area. We highly recommend staying here.

This was the second time we stayed at Judith’s place and we absolutely love being there, it felt like home once again! Everything was as described and if we needed anything, Mauricio was right on top of it, no questions asked! It’s a beautiful secure space with lots of room especially for a big family of 10! The pool was a hit and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away. We loved having access to a ping-pong table and the barbecue for a small fee as well. The new washer and dryer was also a very nice touch and easy to use. We would have liked if there were more condiments available like the last time we stayed, such as cooking oil, pepper, and other spices, but we were able to purchase some at the mega nearby no problem. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be returning again, if it is available. Thank you Judith for an incredibly memorable vacation once again and for opening up your lovely house to my family. Thank you Mauricio for being an amazing co-host

Fantastic place to stay! Located within walking distance of the town and the beach. The host team was very responsive. They helped us arrange airport transportation and provided great recommendations for activities. We will return!

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

This house is just magnificent, the location is great, house is amazing, everything about is great rom my perspective. Jeff is an amazing host and he is always in touch making sure you get everything you need. You can't go wrong with this house.

Amazing place with amazing hosts! We got recommendations for a private shelf and a boat tour, both of which were amazing experiences. We arrived a tad early and got live updates as the casas became available so we could claim them a little early. 5 beautiful casas so everyone could have some privacy but come together if they’d like. We spent most of our time at casa vista, with a beautiful balcony and ocean view! Located right downtown and steps to the beach! The town is lively and you could hear the party all night, but we had no trouble sleeping at all. The hosts provided earplugs just in case! Overall, very communicative and incredibly helpful.
