Holiday rentals with a patio in Colomitos Beach

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, bright, and nestled in a beautiful tropical garden that felt like our own private paradise. The bed was super comfy, and the quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of neighborhood markets and restaurants. The property felt very secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Shari was warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful, even taking us to the grocery store to help us settle in. She was present and available whenever needed but never intrusive and we loved that her dog would come and spend time with us :) We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone! We can't wait to come back!

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

Great apartment super close to fun restaurants and the Bucerias beach! The host was friendly and helpful.

Excellent hosts. Great location for my need. Easy to cross "main drag" to enjoy beach and restraunts in "downtown" Bucerias......loved the charm of being in area where I was amid the locals. Always felt safe. Charming place. Easy to get transportation. Surely would stay here again.

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

A very quiet and comfortable stay, highly recommended. The pool was excellent, good privacy in the residence.

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

In general it is always nerve wrecking to find the right place for you and your family but I am so happy to have picked this place. My family and I enjoyed the home. The pictures and description are accurate and it was a great time. It is a great location to not only go to Puerto Vallarta but also the surrounding towns. The pool in this community was clean and great to use. I definitely recommend this place! My family and I will be back soon.

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

I only hesitate to write this review because I'm afraid that too many positive reviews would make this place impossible for me to stay at in the future. The house is truly gorgeous. It is nicer than the pictures. We really didn't want to leave. The house has such a cool design and is really well laid out. There isn't a much better feeling than barbecuing on the rooftop in the morning, hopping into the backyard pool after eating, heading to the beach club in the afternoon, and hanging out in the comfy living room after a nice dinner. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach club (downhill there and uphill back). The pools there are beautiful and the staff is friendly. It is quiet, so don't expect a party atmosphere. Juanita was exceptional, responding quickly and was very friendly. The pool was cleaned at least once during our stay. Checkout was simple and flexible. I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. My whole family says they wish they were still there.

This bnb was amazing, the condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and views breathtaking. You’re in walking distance of amazing restaurants or a short uber ride away from zona romántica. Communication was very quick and helpful Overall 10/10 I would stay again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

We arrived at Roger’s apartment and it was just as described. We were very comfortable, and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable. We had a great time eating the local food. Highly recommend this place! Host was terrific! Thank you!

This is a very good place to spend a family vacation, it is a very comfortable and beautiful accommodation, with the best of views, it has everything you need. Great space in the common areas, variety of pools and easy access to the beach. Very good care from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.

I cannot say enough good about this rental. We LOVED our stay here so so much! First of all, the location was amazing. Being in between the hotel zone and the romantica zone, everything was within walking distance or a quick cheap uber ride. The apartment was SO CLEAN! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs in the closet so we took them out and watched the sunset on the beach each night. The views were incredible from our room! The pools and fitness center and all amenities were amazing! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and kind from the moment we booked, all throughout our stay, to checkout. Checking in and out was so easy. The instructions were very clear. We are ready to go back and stay with Moikkarentals again as soon as possible! I highly highly recommend booking with them!
