Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Conchas Chinas Beach

From the time we booked the apartment, James was in contact with us with helpful information for transportation and groceries and anything we needed. I felt completely looked after - like we had a personal concierge. It’s a wonderful service and extremely helpful when you’re in a foreign country to have timely information. Yelapa is a charming village with great vibes. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

a nice place, quiet,clean. to improve I would only comment that the pool is warm almost cold and that I like another extra bed for 16 people is missing. everything else is excellent. Mr. Roberto is very kind and the cleanliness is excellent. I would definitely return. And if I recommend the house.

True to the photos in the app. Nice place, safe, quiet. Just as a suggestion, add some larger knives, a chopping board, details like that, just like some mirror in the bedrooms for the women who need to make up or comb. The host is always very helpful. Nice place

Our stay at this stunning Puerto Vallarta Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The home had breathtaking ocean views, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds that made relaxation easy. We felt completely safe and secure, with the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to town and the beach. The property beautifully captured the region’s authentic charm. Jorge, the chef, was a highlight. His food was exceptional, and his margaritas were unbeatable! The massage service was incredibly relaxing, adding to the luxury. We loved sipping morning coffee on the terrace, watching whales in the bay—such a unique experience! The pool and hot tub offered perfect relaxation with amazing views, and the outdoor fire pit made for cozy evenings. This home offered the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories. Highly recommend booking this Airbnb and experiencing everything it has to offer!

Excellent place

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

This was a clean, spacious and quiet place in the middle of a busy and very fun area. The rooftop patio and pool were a wonderful addition to the stay. The inward facing balcony was a bit dark so we didn’t use it much. But that’s really the price you pay for a quiet place.

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

The place is just as described, everything is spotless! The home has everything you need to stay. The area is quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, even better if you take a car to move. I recommend it!

Most Beautiful Views in the City❤️❤️ I’m moving to Mexico and considered this unit. The pool views are amazing as well. You’ll love it . Everything was though of when they prepped the unit. They even have all the beach gear you need to go to the beach and not have to rent anything. A1 rental. Well worth what we paid.

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

Amazing getaway place

We a wonderfully memorable stay at Pilar's Palapa! Everything was as described and Pilar made some wonderful recommendations for both dining and adventure. Pilar is a pleasure to communicate with and everyone at Pancho's Paradise was very friendly and helpful. Great stay for a private getaway with your love!

we loved the stay in this place, they offered more than expected, nice and pleasant experiences, they united us with them to spend new year together, they helped me in everything I needed, some things were missing in the room but by asking them right away they gave us, Janeth and her family as well as the guys of the place are very nice, friendly and accessible. my children were happy ahi and I with the comfort of knowing that they were safe, it was just great to have chosen their stay, a little withdrawn but equally served to know new paths. no doubt it is a recommended place both for the property and for the attention provided by everyone involved in the place. thank you Janeth
