This bayside beach house has a bright and open kitchen/dining/living room area with new furnishings and all the amenities including an OLED 55 inch TV. There is a lovely seashell fire pit area with a solo stove for quiet evenings by the fire and star gazing! Spend the day outdoors enjoying the beach and beautiful sunsets over the bay. 1-2 minute walk to the beach! In the summer, weekly rentals Sat-Sat only.

Walking distance to sand hills beach - One mile from center of town with restaurants and shops. Nearby basketball court. Very Close to Barker Tavern. Grassy backyard . New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!
