Brand new Bell Tent situated on 20 acres of private land, abutting Chapman Pond. The charming site comes stocked with tons of amenities (we tried to think of everything !) Just bring your sleeping bags, food and drinks! Great spot for nature enthusiast! 4wd/AWD or vehicle with ground clearance is recommend to access this site. Parking is available across from site One. About a 5 minute walk to access by foot. Sorry, NO DOGS. For insurance purposes, each guest MUST be listed on the booking.

Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge, and there is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (available for 1 hour private booking $25) 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Butternut Hollow Glamping site

This 4 person tent is tucked away in the hollow of our sheep pasture. Listen to the babbling brook and watch the fire flies sparkle on a warm summer evening by the campfire. Included at your site is a fire ring, wood, park style grill, and 2 queen size beds. The restroom consists of a dry flush toilet .In the summer, wash up in our outdoor shower! Parking outside the gate of sheep pasture, wagons available to load your belongings to camp site. Wear shoes that can get dirty!!

Bell Tent on Working NH Horse Farm and Stargazing

We are a boarding farm located on 105 acres of forest with hiking trails. Our bell tent is located on the main farm where you will see horses and clients going about their day. At night the stargazing is wonderful and on clear nights the Milky Way and some planets are visible. Bring a telescope for even more stargazing. Aside from the trails on our property you can also find trails on our road and nearby. There is also boating and swimming areas near the farm.
