Ryan was an exceptional host and his condo is lovely - just like the photos. So nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable and the living room feels spacious. We never once saw or heard the neighbors so it was very quiet. Ryan is an amazing communicator, sent us thoughtful instructions and checked in with us regularly. We will definitely stay at Ryan’s again when our travels take us back to Iowa City. Highly recommend!

5 star - wonderful weekend stay! The hosts did a wonderful job decorating and making the place very homey and inviting. Very clean and tidy. Check in was very easy and the host was extremely responsive and kind. Will book again when in town visiting family.

My stay here was for a weekend of crafting. The place was warm and well lit. It was really cold outside but it was warm and cozy.

Excellent location for our needs, 10 min drive to UI Hospital. Very close to great restaurants, coffee shop, grocery and gas. Private entry and designated spot in the driveway made it easy for us to come and go without feeling like we were bothering the others living in the main house. Hosts proactively salted the walkway and driveway before the ice storm, removing any worry safely about getting in and out of the house. Kitchen is perfectly equipped for our week's worth of groceries and cooking all our own meals. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, all of the amenities we could want, and more. We were so comfortable staying here, it was a bit disappointing coming back home. :)

Convenient to the town center, this old Victorian mansion was a blast from history and meticulously maintained and renovated. Big, modern bathrooms contrasted with the historic surroundings. All the rooms are upstairs so good thing we were all able to climb stairs. The stain glass windows and carved woodwork provided classical elegance.

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

Great place to stay near Pinicon Ridge park!

Honestly what a cool little cute town and what awesome hosts! Something definetly worth noting is that there was live music just underneath us on a Friday night. Initially we were going to go check it out but it made for a really romantic evening and we felt like we had our own little concert in the house for us! Overall such a nice host and was more than flexible. Space was cool and you had lots of stuff within walking distance. Will be back!😊

Cute place and near so many places to shop and eat!

Great price, stocked w essentials, comfy beds, extra blankets. Broom and vacuum and a few cleaning supplies left, which I like having on hand when traveling with kids! Aaron and Ellen were very responsive. Came to drop off extra trash bags, and went out of his way to take the trash to curb. Only advice is- don’t book this air bnb if you have loud little kids running around. It’s on the top floor, and the tenants underneath are not understanding of this. Aaron did inform them that we had little kids and that we wouldn’t be there long. Great stay, clean, and excellent price!!!

Everything was great! Angela and Trinity were very communicative and responded to every inquiry. Easy to find, close to the College (where my son goes), and quiet. Thank you!
