I recommend this rental, very close to train station, downtown and bars/restaurants. We mainly spoke with Mirco, he is very friendly and responsive if needed.

Our stay at Andrea's was perfect. The house was very functional and clean. Andrea is one of those hosts who know how to be discreet but are there whenever you need. Everything was perfect. Thank you Andrea, we'll be back soon.

I've rarely found a home with everything you need: from the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Pleasant stay, although unfortunately short for limited time available, used as a starting point both to visit the Gulf of Poets and for the northern Tuscan area (Pisa). The host, Massimo, was very friendly and helpful.

A relaxing getaway away from the city bustle. The flat is comfortable and offers everything one needs for a stay.

The Apartement was very nice, Roberta was kind and super welcoming. All in all I can only recommend this accomodation.

Very good location (5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes by foot from the train station, extremely quiet. Cristina is very accommodating and welcoming, a lot of attention from her on arrival (everything you need for breakfast, milk, butter, cakes, orange juice... ). She gave us a lot ofinfo about the 5 lands. Theapartment is well equipped, Cristina leaves a free parking card for the train station (we have always found space). This area is really beautiful. We recommend +++. Beware of mosquitoes!

The house is wonderfully made for a perfect holiday. It's all up to the smallest details, such as clothespins. The bed is great, the fridge is also equipped with a freezer. The terrace and the garden are a dream. It is best to come with a small, maneuverable car. The driveway and streets of the area are not easy to drive on.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

You open the gate to the property and think you have landed in paradise. We spent fantastic two weeks in this dream house. The views of the bay and the village are amazing. The pool is huge and everything was well maintained. Valentina & Jacopo are very warm hosts with great tips who care a lot about their guests. They often came by and cleaned the pool, mowed lawn, etc . The house is super nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable there. The only thing I would have loved would be screens so you can open the windows at night without being stabbed, but that's all . So whining at a very high level ;). The village of Monte Marcello is super nice and idyllically located, with great views . From there, we made excursions to Pisa, Florence, Lerici, La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, etc. To put it in a nutshell, it was a dream!!!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

The Hotel Estate of Silvia exceeded all our expectations, the place is simply wonderful, we have been late enough to arrive and we were extremely well received by Elisa, who prepared a memorable dinner, classic Tuscan cuisine. The next day we met Silvia, and we took a delicious morning cafe with an unforgettable view of the mountains and the sea to the bottom. At the exit our car needed ADBLUE, and Silvia and her husband quickly helped us move to a gas station to buy the additive, we are eternally grateful for the receptivity and help they have offered us! I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

We had a great time here. Simone is a great host and welcomed us with wine, cookies, water and a clean and full equipped apartment. We were also happy about the kids toys, umbrellas and the baby carrier- thanks so much for that! The place is close to the train station but you have to expect some stairs when coming with a stroller. The garden is beautiful even though we couldn’t use the pool as much because of the weather but we’re happy it was still open. Thanks a lot, we definitely recommend.

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

Incredible beautiful mountain, peaceful nature, historic, unique accommodation. Great shared swimming pool, spacious apartment with a 1-2 hour drive around the world famous sights. The host is very direct and helpful.

The house was extremely clean, cute, and cozy, as was the green space outside. The hosts immediately welcomed us as if we were at home, making themselves available for any need but,above all, treating us as members of their family. Being always welcomed with a smile and kindness is not even comparable to the best luxury hotels so I thank you very much for having lived thisexperience and I recommend anyone who wants to visit the ( beautiful) area to do the same!!

My husband and I came to this beautiful place to celebrate Valentine's Day and get away from everything and we were able to. A corner of Paradise... very large hot tub and comfortable bed, clean and romantic structure. Very kind host and also his family. Super recommended

Michele gave us many tips for excursions in the area. He even drove us to a destination on the mountain. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable in the accommodation and asked several times if we needed anything. Overall, this place is certainly the right place when looking for a quiet, nature-loving place. Our dog was also welcome.

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Great stay at Veve's. We had made a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was the Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and enough for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared our arrival, and very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool the sublime little garden for a coffee and breakfast break. Veve is very responsive and exchanged a lot, I stole all these coffee she didn't hesitate to bring back. Really good stay, I'll be back.
