The Hideaway really lives up to its name. Ken and Amanda are thoughtful , k8nd and friendly hosts and their care is evident in this gem. Close to everything St Ives has to offer along with an invaluable parking space. We loved our stay here!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

There was a problem on arrival but Emma and the owners were amazingly quick to resolve it and were so helpful and welcoming - a real testament to their customer service. The place was in a great location for exploring the area, and very comfortable and well kept. A thoroughly pleasant stay

The apartment was excellent, and very well located. Flexible checkin, and Matt gave me a call to chat through local recommendations that would suit my plans. A relaxing part of the town, but still walkable to the centre. The walk to the town centre via the esplanade via the beach was beautiful. Great restaurants around for all budgets, and loads to do in town. Fantastic walks to local towns along the South West Coast Path. Really enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend.

We booked last minute as a party of 10 and 2 dogs . Andrew was very quick to respond and was very helpful before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Even though we had seen the pictures, the house was absolutely amazing, and as for the stunning views from every room it was mesmerising. There was nothing more wonderful than waking up to the view of the sea. The house has everything you need and has been really thought out well, along with so much space. The cinema room was a great hit with us all along with the table tennis on two very wet days. We would like to thank Andrew , and will definitely be going back again.

I just got back from staying at Queenswood Holiday Villa in Cornwall, it was so good. The place is right in the middle of some lovely English countryside, very peaceful and chilled out. The villa's great, a mix of old and new. Big rooms, lots of light, really clean. You can tell they really care about the place. The kitchen had more than everything we needed to cook our meals, plus they got a dishwasher and washing machine, which was handy. The lounge was real cosy, nice to chill out in after a long day out. Outside, there's a nice garden, and a hot tub! and our private villa had a heated swimming pool and sauna. The views over the countryside are amazing, super quiet and relaxing, had some great walks around the lake which we looked over. You can get to a lot of cool places around Cornwall from the villa. Nice shops, good places to eat, and there's a beach not far either. Great for getting out and about. All in all, it was a top place to stay and relive my childhood holidays.

A lovely, well-equipped, spotlessly clean cottage in a brilliant location. Excellent, speedy communication and a simple check-in process.

Wow, wow, wow, what a view and what a truly beautiful property to admire and enjoy it from. Breakwater did not disappoint, far from it!! The attention to each and every detail is second to none and so lovely to receive the perfect welcome box on arrival - a lovely touch, so very thoughtful 😀 It is a truly luxurious house and yet homely with it, all our needs had been thought of and catered for. There is little else I can say, other than a big Thank you, it was simply perfect and we hope to return ❤️

Perfect base of operations for our Cornish explorations. Spent most of our time out and about but once we came back to the cottage it was great to have a cozy place to settle in for the night and have a peaceful sleep. Scones and clotted cream also a welcome treat ☺️ and wood for the fire a nice touch. Great communication from William. Recommend!

Great stay! We had an amazing time and the the views were stunning. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed! Communication with Jonathan was good and he was quick in getting back to us! Hot tub & swimming pool made the stay so relaxing and we will be back. Thank you

If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with a big group, this is the perfect place! The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. All the rooms were very spacious and had so much attention to detail, with everything you would need to make your whole stay comfortable. The cinema room and jacuzzi was a great hit with all of us. The location was great too with a short drive to a few different picturesque beaches, that is if you actually ever want to leave the house 😂 thank you Danielle for sharing your gorgeous home with us over Christmas and would leave to come back again! 😊
