Welcome to our little 1950's classic Kiwi Bach! Cozy 2 bedder, decent living area, huge front/back yards, all the comforts. Some say its the best location in Omoks! Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space set on a 4-acre, hilltop property just ten minutes out of Hamilton. This sumptuous studio sports a full-size kitchen and bathroom, super comfy queen size bed and log burner. Nestled next to an orchard with animals aplenty and incredible views of the Waikato skyline in all directions, this retreat-like property is a real escape whether you’re enroute to Raglan or staying for awhile. Best suited for a couple but pull-out sofa and cot available too.

We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. Cosy woodlined house with full kitchen and laundry with sea and bush views. Only minutes from swimming and kayaking in the estuary or enjoying the surf beach. Breakfast on the deck looking out to Slipper Island and BBQ in the evening. Enjoy the sunsets over the bushclad hills from the sunroom. It is great place to explore the famous attractions such as Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Many hiking tracks are accessible from here. You have to dispose of your rubbish a 5 min drive away.

Welcome to our our stunning modern beach house nicely setup for summer. Plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax. Huge umbrella to shade under. Take a soak in the spa pool / Jacuzzi in the evenings. With plenty of room to spread out you can find your own spot to relax, or play some table tennis or take a walk to the beach. Note - from the 1st April GST has been added to AirBnB platform as mandated in New Zealand. As a result prices have increased.
