The apartment is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. Everything is spotless, super clean and well cared for. With very nice details. The apartment is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice. The location is very good, very close to everything. Communication was excellent. We would definitely come back. I give it 5 stars!!

Gorgeous place! Top notch decor and lovely resort feel. Safe environment - we felt very secure. The food at the restaurants was nothing short of amazing. Everything was clean, inside and out. We would not hesitate to stay with this host again!

Everything about this rental was 10/10. The place was spotless and had unique furnishings with welcome snacks and water, the location was amazing with a view of the ocean that was unmatched and Deanna's communication only made it better! She is ahead of the ball in every way! The ONLY thing I would warn is the internet in the building is not great. It wouldn't be super ideal to try and be a digital nomad in the hotel. Other than that, it was amazing! Can't wait to book again!

Brand New Condo Best Location Great Amenities!

Thank you for the stay! This was my second condo I’ve stayed at in Ipana. It’s the best condo in Playa. The rooftop pools make it even better. Staff is all so friendly too. Only suggestion for this specific condo would be a long length mirror. Women need a long mirror to outfit check! Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you! Kailyn :)

A Beautiful Classic, Out of the Ordinary

We loved our stay! The penthouse is gorgeous and the amenities are just right. Having a kitchen was very nice - we enjoyed having a fridge, freezer, and microwave even though we ate out each day. I was concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but I think being on the top floor gave us enough distance from the street to enjoy peace and quiet. I am a fussy sleeper (the temperature has to be just right, the blanket weight and pillow fluffiness needs to be perfect) and I was very comfortable. We spent the first night in the downstairs bedroom but moved to the upstairs bedroom, which has individual fans over the beds and, in my opinion, better air conditioning. we traveled without a car and loved being close to everything - the beach (we paid for chairs at a bar for $10USD each), restaurants, cafes, etc. We've previously done playa del carmen resorts and missed the pools a bit, but got a day pass for a rooftop pool around the corner. We would definitely come back! 🩷

Great apartment with beautiful ocean view in a nice quiet part of town. 5 mins walk to the beach, 5th avenue and tons of amazing restaurants just around the corner. The rooftop pool is great and the gym had enough equipment to get a decent workout in. We would stay again!

Beautiful 3 BR Ocean Front Condo Best Sunset View

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

This was a wonderful stay and so family friendly. They had a clean pack and play, wagon to take to the beach, even some kids toys and puzzles. The Mareazul complex is the best place I have stayed in in Mexico- clean, great pools, hammocks and plenty of lounge and beach chairs. The restaurant is great if price (although similarly priced to other restaurants in Playa marketed to tourists). Strongly recommend.

Reynaldo’s place is perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for our little one to crawl and the pool and private beach club are fantastic. Playa del Carmen was quiet at the time of year we were there and extremely safe. Reynaldo’s communication was great and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

It is a beautiful place, everything is clean and tidy, it is easy to locate. The atmosphere is tranquil, you have privacy and you can rest in wonder. Francisco is very attentive. In short, it's a beautiful place to rest and stay. I highly recommend it.

Nice studio apartment in a fantastic location. Just Steps to 5th avenue shops, restaurants and nightlife and a couple of blocks to the beach. Despite being close to the action, the unit was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. The unit was clean and well appointed. I had a bit of trouble with check-in but hosts responded immediately and quickly resolved the issue. The rooftop pool was well maintained and offered a gorgeous view - the perfect place to start or end your day. My only complaint is that the unit I was in did not have a nice balcony. I would definitely stay in this building again but would chose one of the other units hosted by Sebastian to try get a nicer balcony. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great place. Lots of room. Very clean nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there again. If it was beachfront, it would be the absolutely perfect place on the island . Short walk to a very private amazing beach though . Highly recommend. Many places you stay at when you walk barefoot and you look at your feet, they are black with dirt. I walked barefoot in the townhouse, and my feet were actually still clean. Nice to stay in a place that was actually well maintained and clean.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.
