The condo is superb and the harbor views are wonderful. Contact with hosts is easy and they are accommodating, wonderful stay

The Rental was just as they described very clean and organized no clutter. the instructions were easy to understand. There was a person stationed at the entrance at all times and I felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking our vacation for next year. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. The air-conditioning was great after walking around all day. It was nice to come back to a cool room were we decided what the temperature would be. Our stay was wondering.

Nice to stay away from the touristy area but also close enough to walk. Local beach is tranquil and close.

Christopher's place is a truly fabulous apartment, situated in a great location near to the entrance to Playa 38 and some fantastic restaurants on Calle 38. It is a block away from Quinta Avenida, so great for access to shopping etc, but remains quiet and calm. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, with high quality linens and furnishings. The provision of a washer and tumble dryer is a brilliant bonus. The bedrooms are more spacious than in the photos - with huge superking beds and air con in every major room. The balcony extends along the living room and master bedroom, complete with comfortable seating and a grill (and the views!). What really makes this Airbnb stand out however is the attention to detail by Christopher and his team - from first communication and throughout our stay. Response times were exceptional and communication so welcoming and proactive. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough for anyone wishing to stay in Playa Del Carmen. FANTASTIC!

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The property alone is absolutely incredible, and the personal care and attention to detail from Glenn and Maria made it a fantastic experience for my family. Everything is as described in the listing. The location is perfect to spend time at the house, the beach, in town, and activities in the surrounding areas. Glenn went out of his way on multiple occasions to make us feel at home and help with whatever we needed.
