Great location, great host and great facilities, could not fault a thing, why stay anywhere else.

Rokas is a very kind man, he answers immediately, he was available for everything. The apartment is excellent, the location is excellent. Two beautiful rooms, both with their own bathroom, the living room is adorable as well as the kitchen where you have everything you need. The terrace is beautiful, perfect for enjoying. If I ever come to Ayia Napa again, I would be very happy to come to this apartment again. We are really satisfied.

Good area in general, you have access to most parts of the city, above the big mall and near the beach and shops. A bit noisy during the day but not something particularly disturbing. The house also had several things extras, breakfast items, various coffees, tea, etc. The owner always on time in the messages.

A lovely little apartment , perfectly proportioned and well stocked and maintained with every little thing we needed for a great holiday. Georgina is a lovely host, very friendly, helpful, and flexible. My partner and I loved staying here. cannot recommend enough!

Great and safe location. Easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself is very beautiful, nice marble flooring and new furnishings. Small kitchen for the essentials. Has a partial sea view and nice balcony. A little loud at night from the street but it calms down at midnight. Very clean apartment and staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are there for you for whatever you need. Highly recommend!

The host is awesome!! We had trouble with our check-in "our mistake not theirs" but the host was very helpfull, jumped in as soon as they could and saved the night. Definitely recommended.

Very smart and pristine apartment. Toufic couldn’t be any more helpful. Access to the apartment is very easy. There is a small supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

Lovely apartment, clean (which is important to me). Elena is a manager of the apartment, very attentive, answered all questions, even not related to the accommodation, and generally consulted on the main aspects of life in Limassol. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, I highly recommend Vietnamese restik on the way to Dasoudi beach. There are shops near the location and in general everything was great. If I return to Cyprus, I will not have to look for a place to stay, I will choose this option 100%. I wish you good and conscientious tourists!

The apartment was pleasant at home, friendly hosts and neighbors, a large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. A quiet, cozy place. The owners have two charming little dogs who have conquered our hearts. Christos has always answered our questions.

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Loved it! The jacuzzi was not working while we were there unfortunately, but we very much enjoyed the space and the walks by the water with our kids. Lots of fun tide pools to check out and places to play for kids. Highly recommend this place for families.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful, and check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions. The location was peaceful, and it was easy to get around by taxi. This is a great place to stay - I’m so glad we decided to book it - even though we were a bit confused by the “FANI house” description. I still don’t know what it is, but this is a lovely ground floor apartment with a big lounge with separate toilet and a comfortable bedroom with en suite. The outside area is a good size with plenty of room to sit out and enjoy the sun . Elizavet was great at making sure we had everything we needed and her dad gave a great welcome when we arrived. We stayed for a month and cooked a lot of the time - the kitchen was pretty well equipped and the oven and hob were modern and efficient. You can’t fault the location - near Paphos harbour, loads of bars and restaurants and the supermarket is just round the corner. The restaurant next door - Hondros tavern, serves good quality simple local dishes. The road is a bit busy - but you can’t be in the centre of things and complain about stuff going on around you! We'll be back!!!

We had an excellent long weekend at Antoine's place! It has a lovely little terrace overseeing the green, blossoming courtyard with a pool, very nice to enjoy at breakfast or in the evening. For a couple, the apartment was very comfortable, would be suitable for 3 persons too. Had a good night rest in the comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and flexible, allowing us to have an early check-in a late checkout. We would love to come back. Recommended!
