Το σπίτι του George ήταν από τα πιο όμορφα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, με απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα, σε όλο τον κόλπο της Πόλης Χρυσοχούς και πολύ κοντά σε καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Η αυλή του σπιτιού μοιάζει με προέκταση της παραλίας. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, διακοσμημένο με πολύ γούστο, πολύ καθαρό και με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά για τις διακοπές μας!

Konje Hanım ve Kıymetli Eşi Mehmet Bey, Konaklamamız süresince bizi çok güzel karşılamış ve airnbd ‘de yazan tüm özellikler fazlasıyla doğrudur. Kapıda karşılandık.. Had an amazing stay here for 5 days with friends. The villa has everything you need and was even better than the pictures. The villa is in a well kept complex of private villas which was very quiet and secure. There is a local supermarket 2 min walk away and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one week in December and enjoyed it very much! The apartment is clean, cosy, quiet and you can even see the sea from the terrace. The only downside was the shower which was only lukewarm. Apart from that, we can highly recommend the place!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön am Strand gelegen, wo man direkt baden gehen kann. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen eigenen Garten zum Entspannen. In 5 -10 min zu Fuß gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt in Latchi ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz, ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank befand sich bei Ankunft netterweise Milch, Wasser und Apfelsaft. Es war sehr sauber und es gab einen Service zum Handtuch-Bettbezugwechsel. Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit dort. Vielen Dank!

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

Super Lage, direkt am Meer, näher geht es nicht :-) !!! Da nimmt man auch die fehlende Geschirrwaschmaschine in kauf. Appartment hatte alles ausser Fenster im Badezimmer zum lüften, der Ventilator bracht sehr lange zum entlüften. Bisschen ringhörig, was halt der Baustil auf der Insel ist, somit hört man die Nachbarn.

This place is definitely worth visiting. A lot of amenities, great location (quiet but central) and in a good shape. The host is very nice and responsive I would recommend this to anyone, also people with young children or infants

Our Host Rox, is very responsive and friendly. The house is very spacious with a nice outdoor area. The house sits an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and some good restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay

Peter is a fantastic host - he is helpful and has great local knowledge. Go with his recommendations from places to eat to places to walk and you will get a real sense of Latsi. His property is in a great location - even though we stayed in February we swam at the beautiful beach, which is only steps away from the house, every morning. The view of the blue sea from the house is an added bonus. Restaurants are great nearby and if seafood is your thing, you will not be disappointed. The house itself is spotless and has everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The area is quiet and very safe. If you are lucky enough to have a break in Latsi, I thoroughly recommend staying at this really lovely home. We hope to return here soon.

Temiz ve güzel

An excellent property within a beautiful peaceful part of Famagusta. The roof terrace was super with great views and excellent relaxation. The location of the property was within a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and access to a beach. A convenience shop is literally across the road from the property. The shop owners were very friendly and most helpful. The temperature in July was between 35-40 degrees C. The air conditioning was very effective (the fan was extra helpful). A couple of minor recommendations: (1) the fridge was too small to keep fresh food (e.g. fruit would go off within a couple of days if left out; (2) it would have been very helpful to include a blender in the kitchen as fresh fruit and vegetable were wonderful to consume; (3) unfortunately, due to the heat and humidity, ants were everywhere. Especially where any food was present.
