The renovated townhouse (19th JH), with artistic flair, in the middle of Neustadt, located in a quiet side street, with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, living room with kitchen, 4 shower rooms, 2 terraces and balcony, especially suitable for friends who want to have a private area on a shared holiday: such as a private bathroom and a private floor. In the living room there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling, the whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The alternately issued paintings are for sale.

Albisheim is located in the middle of the Zellertal, surrounded by fields, meadows and vines and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours around the Zellertal. Convenient location in the city triangle Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good access to A63, A6 and A61. The four-country course leads directly past the house. The route of the Jacob's pilgrimage path is 3 km away.

Feel good and enjoy on the ANNAHOF, in the middle of the romantic wine village - Weisenheim am Berg. The apartment has an ideal location to discover the diverse recreational opportunities this place entails. The vineyards invite you to wonderful walks and the adjacent Palatinate Forest is worth a visit. The proximity to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region also opens up the opportunity for great shopping trips and of course you can also taste in-house wines from us.

Living in the old winery - Fuchsbau - apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes straight into the Palatinate Forest. You drown in restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. Summer is sometimes a little longer celebrated on weekends.

Retreat in the "Alte Post" upper floor

The apartment "Alte Post" has its name from the original use of the space. In 1960, this historic building was used as a local post office and "Tante Emma" shop. Now walls have been pulled in, breakthroughs have been created, and stairs have been torn down to make an ultimate living space. After an extensive and time-consuming renovation with my personal design note, I am now happy to be able to welcome guests in one of the two apartments.

Beautiful, large apartment in a two-family house in a traffic-calmed zone/play street for up to 4 people. Large west-facing balcony overlooking the vines. Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Directly behind the house the vines start, ideal starting point for many hikes. In the evening you can end the day in the village in various restaurants and wine bars. - All rooms with window - Wallbox (11kW) - Very well insulated roof!
