Newly built sports cottage with fantastic views (upper lg)

Right in the middle of Järvsös ski slope with a magnificent view over the valley of the light and Järvsö heel is this newly built timber mountain cabin. High ceilings and large lovely surfaces for socializing both inside and out with furnished terrace in three directions, at the same time comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart tv, and wifi. Ski/bike storage right by the entrance and a drying room with washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set up and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

This apartment is located in Stöten in the area of Pistbyn which is located in the middle of the hill. The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both for the World cup hill that goes to Stöten Square and to the slope Alven that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views over the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/après-ski, shops and ski rentals are available. Also the Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relax with outdoor pool is just below.

Top Modern Townhouse House Lodge in Lindvallen

Top modern Townhouse Lodge with all facilities you need in the Swedish mountain. Beautiful nature just outside with great skiing and hiking possibilities. One of swedens best spots and trails for mountainbike. A lot of fun stuff to do just around the corner. Heated pool in the area. Adventure pool area a few minutes walk away. There are also padel area, high-altitude course, SUP-padling and much more This is a peaceful spot which is supercomfy and luxury. Great for vacation all around the year.

Lägenheten är en välplanerad pärla på 21 kvm med utsikt över Ljusnan och har allt ni behöver för en skön vistelse i Järvsö. I huset finns härliga sällskapsytor, tillgång till vallabod, cykelförråd etc. I lägenheten ryms hall, badrum, torkskåp, köksdel, dubbelsäng och extrabädd vb.

Ski-in/ski-out i Vasabyn, Lindvallen. Ställ bilen och njut av alla bekvämligheter precis runt hörnet: liften vid Experium torget, äventyrsbad, ICA Nära, bowling, lekland, gym, shopping,skidhyra och flera restauranger. SkiLodgen med after-ski, bar, restaurang och hotel ligger precis bredvid. Du har även Stadium för den som glömt ta med vantar eller varför inte ta en varm choklad på kaféet. Allt ligger på bara någon minuts promenad från lägenheten. Lägenheten är nyrenoverad med ny inredning.

Magical views meet you in this beautiful and newly built (Dec-21) 50 sqm flat with two bedrooms and six beds, open kitchen and living room with panoramic window, balcony, sofa bed and fireplace. The feeling is that you are entering a small house since you enter from the ground level. Nice upper floor apartment of 85 sqm with balcony facing the mountain. With open etanol stove and sauna and two bathrooms with duch. Kungsberget is an area that offers nature, the royal mountain nature reserve, walking and biking trails/dowhill and padel. info can be found on the royal mountain, biking gastrikland. Information in this listing. As in the rest of the royal mountain, it must be brought with your own bed linen and towels & own cleaning at checkout.
