Nice house with a lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with large terrace and views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot, path up to the electric light trail directly from the house for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. Please treat the house with respect! :)

Upstairs you can relax in the sauna and rest up in the three cozy bedrooms with eight beds. In the villa there are two bathrooms with a shower and a state of the art kitchen with all the facilities you need.

A fantastic newly renovated villa and farmhouse with a total of 4 bedrooms. Large living room with fireplace, large kitchen, basement with 1 bedroom + shower/bathtub/toilet and outdoor space. The house is located about 300 meters to a smaller Coop, about 1km to the city center, about 2km to the train station, Kupolens Shopping Mall, IKEA, Aqua Nova Adventure Bat. Below the house, there is a nice hiking trail at Dalälven. If you want to go to a cozy cafe, Gammelgården is a stone's throw from the house.

Sommaren 2021 helrenoverades denna villa med tre våningar belägen i en liten Dalaby vid namn Bröttjärna, 3 mil väster om Borlänge. I huset sover 8 personer bekvämt, men det rymmer upp till 11. Här kommer ni kunna njuta av en öppen planlösning, mysiga middagar och avslappning på soffan. Byn erbjuder äkta Dalakänsla och har mycket att erbjuda för den som gillar natur och vatten. Och varför inte besöka Säls fäbodar endast 5 min bilfärd från huset eller byns sjö med skridsko och pimpel möjligheter.

"Svarf Johan Jönsson's Diversehandel" is now an "artist's villa". You live in 120 sm in three rooms and a kitchen. Own entrance. Jacuzzi and sauna. You have access to the entire garden with patios and barbecue. Siljan's beaches are nearby. Suitable for curious children and adults. We have teddy bears and dolls, board games, kicks, books, hats to play with. Santa lives about 5 km away in Tomteland.. For Christmas we have x-mas decorations and you can even order a Christmas tree from us.
