Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Very Delightful 1 +1 Vacation Home with SukhaHome DATÇA Garden 1

Our house with separate entrance and private garden is located on Kargı Bay road. It is within6-7 minutes walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 minutes driving distance to Kargı Bay. In addition to reaching Datça center in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to provide transportation by local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It is also a pleasant walking path for those who like to walk = ) Datça is so close to the center and finding accommodation in nature is one of the factors that makes our house special.
