Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our house with a detached entrance and a private garden is located on the Kargi Bay road. It is located 6-7 mins walking distance to Hidden Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 min drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to provide transportation with local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It's also a fun way for those who like to walk.) It is so close to the center of Datça and to find accommodation in nature, it is one of the elements that make our home special.

Although Datça is very close to the center, away from the crowds, at the beginning of Kargı Bay, close to the sea (480 m.), and if you want to have a holiday alone with nature, here is the place you are looking for. From the nearby trail, you reach the magnificent sea of Kargı by picking chamomile, thyme, dry flowers according to the season.
