Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dawlish Warren

We had a wonderful stay at Bridesmere over New Year and it was just what we needed. Peaceful, beautiful area, lovely comfortable home from home. We appreciated the enclosed garden for our spaniel, the beautiful and spacious bedrooms and the living area which was large enough for all 7 of us, two families. WiFi was strong upstairs so no issue with all of us connected and the tv had all apps we needed to watch films with no buffering. There is a beautiful walk through the forest along the river just minutes from the house which leads to a very nice pub serving good food. As other reviews mention, the kids room smells a little musty/damp but this was not a huge issue and we opened the bathroom window after showering which helped. Kitchen well stocked but knives are a little blunt! Children loved the games barn and not having to bring bikes with us was really helpful and appreciated. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and we would definitely return. Thank you for having us.

Brilliant house with stunning views and great amenities. Host was always quick to respond and very helpful with plenty of recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend for any large groups or families looking for a long weekend away to switch off.

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

This place is wonderful! beautifully clean, tidy, comfy beds and furniture and some nice touches like a big bag of popcorn in the cinema room! There was so much space for the whole family and the house caters for all age groups...and the dog! We had mostly great weather and so went to Goodrington Beach for the morning which was only 10 mins away, but could have spent the whole weekend in the house no problem, as it was so well equipped. Would highly recommend for a big family get-together...we will be returning!

A fabulous, well-equipped house in a superb location. Very peaceful and beautiful countryside setting. Perfect for our family gathering. I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

We had 5 amazing days at Laura and Andy’s cottage. The views are breathtaking, having breakfast outside looking at the fields and surrounding countryside is something that will stay with us for a long time, so peaceful and beautiful. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable, having the wood burner made it feel so cosy. Andy and Laura are excellent hosts (probably the best we’ve had). Warm and comfortable in beautiful countryside with amazing views. Lots to see in the surrounding area, fantastic food at the local pub and we all loved the hot tub.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Such a unique, beautiful spot. The bedrooms are super spacious with super comfortable beds and it was great to have the two toilets. The property has everything you need and has been thoughtfully designed. Everywhere was spotless! The log burner was lovely to use at night and the hot tub with the stunning views and surroundings is just perfect! We saw so many different types of birds whilst there! We would love to return and will recommend to others.

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at Tim’s place. The lodge is even better than the photos and the quality of beds, linen, etc was really high quality - both the adults and children in our group all slept better than at home! The hot tub was a real highlight for us, brilliant size and ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. Tim was really responsive and available to answer any questions we had. Loved the location - highly recommend visiting “Outside” up the lane for a bite to eat and a drink

Great little spot, very private and "off grid" which is exactly what we wanted! Ellen checked in with us too to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Loved our stay , was very cosy and pretty place. had everything we needed inside. Hot tub and fire were a bonus. All the animals on the farm were lovely to see. layout was great. greta stay

Nathan was very friendly and very informative regarding places to eat and local surroundings etc. our stay was great loved the record player and even got back in hottub at 6am to see the sunrise. memorable is all I can say.

Amazing stay, was so peaceful, perfect location to visit lyford gorge and Dartmoor national park ! The hot tub as the Perfect wind down for the evening & the fire over the views outside was amazing late evening. Hosts are friendly & great community on site! Also waking up in the morning hearing the birds was the icing on the cake and thank you for our gifts on arrival, it was very much needed after a 4 hour drive. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
