Beautiful Salcombe Home - great views-free parking

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Welcome to charming Lion Cottage minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Beer village and its lively high street but nestled in a peaceful and relaxing location. Perfect for a holiday or weekend break for a family of 4 or a couple ( two bedrooms , one room with a double bed and a smaller space with bunk beds). There is a permanent parking Bay ( less than 1 minutes walk) .Plus additional free parking in both main car parks with 2 Electric rapid fast charging bays Dogs are very welcome

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!
