Family-friendly holiday rentals in Deer Valley

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

We stayed for a month this summer! The home is very comfortable and its pretty rare to have central air in Park City. The climate is great, but it can still get hot. The location of this home is perfect. Its right on the bike trail, bike or walk to grocery stores and restaurants, close to the PC Marc ( Fitness/Tennis/ Pickleball), and steps from the bus route. The mountains in snd around PC are gorgeous. There is so much to do. Its a wonderful place to stay.

We had the best time!! The bunk room was so fun as we were celebrating on a girls trip so having all the besties in the same room was so fun! Lots of room and space was so nice. The porch was the highlight!!! The fireplace was such a fun addition for a drink and laughs with friends

Great place to stay for a ski trip. Absolutely perfect location - between the canyons and close to stores and backing up to a park. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking in every night. Hot tub was clean and temp was perfect. Thomas was a very responsive host! Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect place to stay for those coming to ski at Park City Mountain or Deer Valley. It’s located between two bus stops that are very close and easy to hop on the Red or Yellow lines to get to the resorts. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It was very comfortable and convenient to stay after long days of skiing. The only minor complaint (if we have to nitpick) would be that even though there’s quite hours, you can hear the noise from upstairs at crack of dawn. At one point it sounded like they were vacuuming at 5:30 am.

Beautiful, clean home described accurately, in a pristine, well-manicured neighborhood. Very convenient and accessible to Heber Valley and surroundings. Highly recommend.

Mike’s place is very close to Little Cottonwood Canyon with astonishing mountain view. You can find all the amenities you need at this place. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property.

This home was perfect for our family of six. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, & towels, as well as beach towels for the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient. Home was tastefully decorated and we felt right at home! We loved the living room areas and had a fire in the cozy fireplace twice. As we skied, the convenient location to resorts was great! Our host was an exceptional communicator, with any questions or comments we had answered promptly & brief instructions left in the house were helpful. Home was easy to access & had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at Glenda’s! The location was just the right balance of peace and privacy with proximity to Park City attractions. We enjoyed daily sightings of neighboring farm animals and wildlife. The place is very functional with everything you need. The living area was more spacious than we expected based on the photos, and we felt comfortable by the gas fireplace after long days on the slopes. We would happily stay here with our family again!

Great studio apartment conveniently located in the Propector complex. Easy access to bus line. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen/bathroom. Would happily stay here again!

Although the kitchen lacks cook top elements or oven the kitchen and bathroom are generously provisioned. Comfortable and spacious.

We had a great stay! While we didn’t interact with the host, everything was clear and well-communicated. The apartment was tidy, super comfortable, and had a warm, cozy feel—just a really delightful space to be in. It felt a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but that wasn’t an issue at all—more cozy than lavish, which worked perfectly for us. Everything worked smoothly, making for an easy and enjoyable stay. One thing to note for future guests visiting during Sundance: grocery shopping can be tricky, so it’s worth planning ahead. That’s more of a general tip than a critique of the place itself. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

Tiffany's house was perfect for our week-long ski trip. The house is a 5-minute walk to the closest lift and a quick bus ride into Old Town. The house was super clean and had more than enough room to host 3 of us comfortably; in fact, it would have been great for a larger family of 5-6. Tiffany had great amenities in the house (soaps, shampoos, clean towels, fresh coffee beans, hot chocolate, and the fridge was even stocked with beer and cider). The steam shower and bath jets in the master bathroom were the icing on the cake after a long day on the mountain. We highly recommend Tiffany's house for your next stay in Park City.

Great stay, very comfortable and accommodated our group of friends very well!

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

The condo was exactly as described. The location of the unit in the Westgate is great, especially if you are there to ski. The condo was very comfortable, had all necessities that we required. We didn’t need to reach out to Stacey during our stay, but she checked in with us on our first day with an informative guide and her direct contact info. We would stay here again!

The condo at Silverado lodge was very nice, clean, fully stocked and was as described in the listing. The room is close to the slopes as well as various rental companies. In addition, the information given to us by Brad and Team prior to checking in was extremely useful. Also, the guide inside the until of places to eat, how to use the public (and free) transportation was very helpful. The resort transportation was free and easy to use as well as very convenient. There was a bottle of wine awaiting us upon arrival, very nice gesture. Our family of 4 was very happy with the unit and amenities of the resort, including game room, hot tub, pool, etc. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s place - it was perfect for our group. Easy access to the mountain and comfortable to be in after skiing all day.

This place is an absolute gem! A cozy condo just minutes from Canyons Village and well stocked with everything we needed for a weeklong stay for myself, my wife, and our daughter. Erin is an excellent host and was very responsive to all questions via the app. The condo is within walking distance to the Cabriolet gondola, but it’s a little far in ski boots. Luckily, there’s a free van service that will take you to multiple locations throughout Canyons Village, and Erin included detailed instructions for that service and other amenities in her host binder at the condo. We loved our time here!

Incredible location! Easy walk to the Eagle or First Timer lifts. Close to a grocery store and kitchen was very usable.

Sarah’s place was a great location. It was a 5-6 minute walk from the grocery store, the bus to take you into town, and coffee. The apartment was great, very comfortable.
