Words can’t express the how beautiful this place was. My group of 10 friends really loved our stay. House was modern, beautiful, and clean. Nikki was an amazing host and I would definitely recommend this stay for a large group. Hot tub was awesome too. Nikki did an excellent job communicating and even gave us a late checkout at the last minute since our flight was leaving late at night. Perfect weekend, perfect home, and perfect host. My friends and I really are appreciative of this trip.

Location location location ! Great place to stay! We spent three glorious weeks here in march - Park city got over 30 inches of snow. The skiing was incredible it takes only about 3 minutes to walk to the slopes (eagle or first time Lifts) you are at the base of Park city Mountain. There is a free bus that comes very often to town or deer valley or the base pick up in right in front of the condo. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk away, but it’s a heated pool hot tub for condo also game room and workout area and great sauna. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the light that comes in and the high ceilings. The second bedroom is really a loft but very private. Loved having washer dryer. 2nd bedroom loft is upstairs has its own beautiful bathroom. But it’s open but very private. There is lots of space in this condo. I can’t say enough about this location and condo (three Kings condo) loved it!!

Beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to center but the bus stop is right at the home as well. Take a drive. Get out and explore.

Great place to stay. Nice house. Convenient easy to use laundry. It was very convenient for skiing, especially with having the garage to park in. It was nice to be able to see the mountains from the house both to the east and west. Definitely plan to return in the future.

The best ABnB I’ve ever stayed at. This place is AMAZING. It blew away my high expectations. Colton was a very good host! He was extremely responsive with all my questions and very accommodating with early check in. I was there with 10 guys total for my bachelor party. It had plenty of room so everybody got their own bed. It was the perfect “ski chalet” for our time at Park City, visiting Homestead Crater, snowmobiling at Wasatch excursions, and Tubing at Soldier Hollow. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. In the evenings we relaxed in the hot tub, played pool and ping pong, and listened to music on the sound system. The kitchen had tons of appliances for cooking and plenty of silverware/mugs/plates/bowls etc. checkin/checkout instructions were simple and easy. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thank you Colton for making my bachelor party unforgettable!

Stayed for 7 nights while doing a UT ski trip with Friends (10 adults). Great location near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Large house, though slightly dated, it worked very well for our group, with a huge TV, lots of space for games, and a very functional kitchen. Listing photos accurately captured the property and the host was very responsive. We loved the hot tub, and the garage was so nice and kept our cars snow-free. Shannon was very responsive, helpful, and communicative. Would stay here again! Would recommend for those coming to UT to ski, even if doing a variety of resorts!

It was a gorgeous place with huge back yard. Jerry told us about mountain bike trails and he fired up his snow blower when it got deep the next day. The master bed was super soft but not too soft. Kid said the bunk bed was amazing, also. The living room was massive, the ping pong table and air hockey were a pleasant surprise. (Husband booked the place and forgot to mention them. Lol)

Excellent place and comfortable particularly after 4 days of backcountry skiing. All specs tracked with the photos and description. Close to restaurants and all the places you want to ski. Definitely would stay again.

This property is very well decorated and appointed. The location is safe and was only a 25min drive to Snowbird. Marisa was very helpful in add I tidy g some local restaurants for us. Overall it was a delightful place to stay and I highly recommend it

Great spot to stay that was accessible to the things we wanted to do. The space itself was warm and friendly and we loved all the animals that made the place feel comfortable. Tiffany and her husband were kind and let us know several times how much they wanted us to feel like the space was free for us to enjoy. The whole place had great energy.

Our family loved this place! It was very comfortable and quiet. It was very well stocked in the kitchen. The hot tub was the best and the host was super responsive. If we return to Park City, I would love to stay here again.

Britta and Meelad’s place was awesome. My husband and I stayed for one night, and it was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Salt Lake City. The apartment was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The space heater was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I had a great time staying at aJulie’s place. She is very helpful, friendly andresponsive. The check in and check out was very smooth, and amenities are easy to use. Also the place is clean

Four of stayed at Marney's place. Location is outstanding for skiiing, which is what we did. It was large, clean, and well-kitted out. We were comfortable in the three bedrooms and four beds. Kitchen and family room area were comfortable and made hanging out fun. We skied the four days we were there so were there in the evening. This matters as this is a basement unit, so if you want to hand out in the day with great views, this isn't ideal, but for how we used the unit it was perfect. Directions/guidebook easy to follow with plenty of local recommendations. I didn't need to communicate much with Marney and when I did she was responsive and friendly. Overall a great choice in Sandy/SLC!

The apartment was super clean, everything felt really comfortable. They had some candies, fruit, and bottled water for amenities which was a nice touch. I was only there for one night, but it would be great for multiple nights too.

Amazing trip. Location was great - could walk to the gondola in 5 minutes! All the amenities were high quality and everything well stocked.

It was great. We couldn’t make it to our hotel in snowbird because the canyon road was closed. We were able to book at night and she so thoughtfully accommodated us!!! Suite was wonderful too!

Felt right at home in this very comfortable space. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Allison was an incredible host and we absolutely loved staying at her home in Sandy! This was the perfect home base for day trips to both Alta and Snowbird. Very spacious, comfortable, and the hotub was awesome.

Fantastic house. Great for a big family or a large group of friends. About 20mins from Snowbird/Alta and 35mins from Briggton/Solitude. Large garage that can fit 2-3 cars. The only issue was that there was a lot of dead ants in one of the downstairs bedrooms and some alive in the upstairs half bath that were recently treated for. I assume this issue was more of a timing of the treatment for the ants and otherwise would be a non-issue. Regardless, definitely worth the stay! 9/10!

Great place! Room was clean and secure, spacious house provided privacy from the other rooms. Room received nice natural light.
