Holiday rentals with a patio in Delaware Bay

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Enjoyed this quick weekend getaway with family. Perfect cozy home. I enjoyed the walkable neighborhood as well.

Great location and a wonderful space to stay while we were in Cambridge for a conference. Becky & John were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

Jacki’s place was peaceful, clean, well-equipped and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Brian and his location were fantastic. I’ve lived in DC for many years and had to come back for work. Brian’s place was fantastic if you need to stay in the Capital Hill area. Great location and proximity to a number of important locations as well as restaurants and shops. Brian itself was fantastic and is by far the best communicator on Airbnb. He answered all my questions and gave clear instructions. There was not a single issue during the check-in, stay or check-out! 10/10 Would reccomend :)

This location is perfect for our needs. We lived in Baltimore for 10 years around these neighborhoods and street and are very familiar, so when we saw the listing we knew this would be close to the train station, bars, great food, and free public transit. The listing and instructions are very thorough and fairly represented this Airbnb. Olivia always responded in a reasonable amount of time but we had few questions. Olivia reached out to us with a question after check out and we responded with our experience. The layout of this apartment is good if you’re traveling with friends and need bedrooms spread apart, as one faces the main road and the other through the kitchen/living space and faces fine back. Note that the front room can get chilly and you will hear white noise from the streets but they provide a space heater and white noise machine (I didn’t need these cause I’m used to city living). We would stay here again!

Nice, clean house, clearly accustomed to a dog staying there. Towels and linens were nice. The the town was nice with a couple of places to eat in a beautiful library. The only issue is there is a chicken plant quite close so quite often. There were some awful smells.

Perfect location for enjoying the Asbury Park boardwalk and great restaurants. Only a 15 minute easy walk to the water. Beaches are beautifully maintained. The Bohemian vibe of the house decor was fun. Comfy beds, open floor plan and all the food basics.

We loved this home. The home is on one level which made it so convenient for my parents. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Courtney and his staff take great care of the home and it shows through out. We loved that each bedroom has a smart TV and Netflix and other apps are accessible for use. The location was perfect especially during the holiday. We were a short distance from a grocery store and Target which were perfect for us. The kitchen is fully stocked which made our stay even better. Would love to visit during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the screened porch and patio area off the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at Courtney’s place again in the future.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

This was our second time staying here. Great location for anything around the Lancaster area. We stayed both times after a show at American Music Theater. Very clean and easy to get to. Hosts were very accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay. Easy to find with good street parking. The home was beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect weekend getaway! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, the scenary was breathtaking. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, also allowing early check in and later check out. We went to one of the spots recommended by Michael which was incredible! The food was delicious but the sunset was our absolute favorite. If our winter visit was this beautiful, I can't even begin to imagine what the summers are like here...We will definitely become regulars at this spot!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

The best about Nika's place is the location. Is a block from the beach, and the amazing park is right behind the apartment. We went fishing every day at the pier, there were many people crabbing also. The building is a little dated, but once you get into the apartment it doesn't matter. The pool was also nice and clean.
