Me and my family enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The beach is private and the home offers beautiful views of the ocean. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had and extended our checkout date. We’re very thankful for such a great experience and wonderful host!

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

Awesome place! Very spacious. Room for everyone. The down stairs 2 bedrooms with the bathroom is a plus plus.

Willie's place was great! I stayed here for a few days with four other people (one slept on the couch). We were visiting the area for a convention in National Harbor. This location was so perfect. Plenty of food nearby, and the convention center was just a short drive over the bridge. Willie was helpful and communicative. The place felt nicer than some of the other Airbnbs I've stayed at in the past that have very generic/cheap decor and furniture. Felt like a safe, quiet area. Willie provided a parking pass free of charge for parking on the street during the week. All in all, no complaints. Thanks!

We came for a wedding and this Airbnb was perfect for getting ready and close proximity. Great location near the beach and restaurants. The inside was very homey and the deck was so cute!

My family and I had a great time at David and Erin’s home. The location and amenities could not have been more perfect for both my wife and I and two young children as well as my mom. All amenities within the development were walkable for all. A huge added bonus was having a trolley stop within the development which was a huge hit for the kids at all times (both waving every time they saw it or riding it). Also, having walkable options for all meals was a huge benefit with young children and for mom/dad to have a quick meal together. David and Erin were happy to answer any and all questions before and during our stay. Would love to come back again next year!

Diane's place was great! Super clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was very nice not to have to make extra trips to the store for basics. The neighborhood was great to walk around in and the location itself was super convenient to Bethany. We enjoyed our stay!

Marika’s place was great. The home was beautiful inside it was very clean and well organized. The host communicated swiftly and provided clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Italo’s home on the canal is just about perfect. The location itself would justify 5 stars - just off a charming footpath, yet within a block of some of Georgetown’s best restaurants and shopping. When you enter you encounter a modern, stylish, well-appointed home with all the amenities one might need - as well as a large backyard which even during the snowy weather gave the place a great sense of privacy and spaciousness. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two weeks with 7-8 people and had more than enough space for everyone. Melissa and Christian were super friendly and quick to provide instructions and responses to everything throughout our trip. It was a perfect space for all of us and we are thankful we got to spend our time here.

Milian’s place was cozy, clean and nicely decorated with a simple yet artsy vibe. It’s in the heart of the city that is walkable to excellent dining and shops. The beds are super comfortable and the parking permit that Milian provided was a bonus. Milian is a great host. He communicated well and checked in to make sure all was well. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. Highly recommend !

Great location- walkable to our planned locations- spacious, clean, 3 queen beds, with 3 airbeds available just in case, big full kitchen with new appliances, open layout perfect for our group. The comfortable suite in the basement was a surprise! AJ was very responsive & considerate, would love to stay here again!

Comfortable and clean home in a great location for walking or catching a Lyft/uber to all the tourist spots. Paul responded in a timely manner. There’s a great coffee shop/market (Old World Market) one block away and a Whole Foods market down 3 blocks.

You are one host who has clearly thought of just about any and everything a person would need, and secured it in your home. It shows your thoughtfulness and incredible hosting skills. Great place! One of the best airbnb's that I have stayed in. Appreciated how well-stocked the house was and the space itself was very large and comfortable. Host was very responsive and really appreciated how thoughtful he was when it looked like we might get stuck because of the weather. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful townhouse closer to everything. We loved that the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Definitely will consider staying at this place again in the future.

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

Absolutely recommend this home for your stay in or near DC. Eddie was top notch, went those extra steps to make my husband's 50th bday trip with our son extra special. We loved our one week stay at Chris's place! It's such a great location with ample parking, short walk to the beach, and less than a 1/2 mile from Northside Park. Chris was a great host - incredibly responsive to our questions and needs.

Really nice place, spacious, and very clean. The host was easy to contact and communicated promptly. All the bathrooms were so clean and comfortable. Everyone had ample space. Added bonus were the TVs in each room to stream. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.
