Such a lovely spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge which lights up at night! Beautiful views from every floor with nice outdoor balconies and tennis and pickleball right outside the front door. The beach feels vast and provides many great walks.

This is, by far, the most amazing bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is in a great location. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, extra blankets, etc. The house smelled AMAZING upon entry. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Plenty of kitchen utensils and complimentary drinks. The outside patio was super cute and we sat outside and watched the birds and relaxed. Beds were comfortable and having a ceiling fan in each room was a PLUS. No complaints. Will be booking again soon!

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable for our family of five with the three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and neat. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet neighborhood with several nice restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Washington. The only minor problem was finding a place to park on the street, but that comes with staying in a big city.

Great host. Very responsive and helpful. Home is as described and exactly what we needed for our long weekend. The many children’s items were so helpful! Makes such a big difference when traveling with little ones. The home is in the flight path of DCA and there is some noise from the airplanes that can be heard inside the house. Could be bothersome to some people at night, but for us it was easily fixed with some earplugs and a white noise machine. Street parking was busy but we never had an issue getting a spot. Thank you, Willie!

We came for a wedding and this Airbnb was perfect for getting ready and close proximity. Great location near the beach and restaurants. The inside was very homey and the deck was so cute!

Marika's place was less than 10minutes away from the CFG arena, which is where we were attending a concert. The property is well maintained, and had everything we needed. Marika got back to us quickly with responses to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

This place was in a perfect location—super easy to get around and close to everything we wanted. The space looked just like the photos and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Overall, a great stay—would totally book again!

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and our kids rated our vacation 10/10. May is an excellent host! We opted for the parking pass and it was a relief to have parking in a zone for the week for days we opted for the metro. We used the metro at the NoMa stop which was an 11-minute walk from the house (downhill to the metro, uphill on the way back). Super easy to find and use. The neighborhood was beautiful and clean. There were restaurants and shops a few blocks away, just a 10 minute walk. There is a Trader Joe’s with parking close by or you could Instacart - we did both. Super convenient location. The home had everything we needed. The pull out bed was large and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had a great shower. There were plenty of linens and towels. There’s a little back porch area with lights and it was a really nice retreat at night and in the early mornings. We would stay here again and will recommend this to our friends and family!

Charming English basement, nicely appointed. Bed was comfy, very nice Keurig, and a little over a mile walk to the convention center which was lovely on a beautiful morning. The only downside is that Paul lives upstairs and his footsteps would startle me at times, as I was there alone. He was very friendly though and I thought it was a great value compared to the hotels around the convention center that were $800 per night!

This was a wonderful Airbnb! We enjoyed our trip and time here. The location worked great, walkable to the baseball game ⚾️. We felt safe, comfortable and had a wonderful host, Olive!

Have stayed at Gia’s properties many times while visiting my elderly mother. This house has become my second home! Close to Pickersgill Retirement Community and in a safe neighborhood. Gia is always responsive to any and all requests or inquires. Will be booking again soon for next trip to Baltimore!

We had a great time here. Samantha was always very responsive and proactive. Very walkable to transit. House was well designed, very clean, and true to pictures.

Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

This townhome is like home away from home. It’s clean and cozy. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating!

William is a very responsive and hospitable host. The house is spacious and comfortable and there‘s everything you need. We were 4 people with a private room for everyone but if sharing rooms (and perhaps even beds) is n problem, the place could probably comfortably sleep 6-8 people. For groceries the giant’s grocery store nearby is very convenient and walkable to reach. If you‘re staying here to get to DC, the house is suitable, but it takes a bit to get to the metro (bus line 30 is reliable - there‘s one stop that only operates during certain times but it says that clearly on the sign; alternatively Ubers aren‘t to expensive (5-10 USD usually) but can take like 5-15 mins until you found one and the reach the house) and then from King St Old Town you have the yellow and blue metro line. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the metro. The area is quiet, peaceful and felt safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of six—spacious, clean, and lots of natural light. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. Everything was just as pictured (if not better), and we felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely place—clean, well-organized, and very comfortable to live in. Eddie is incredibly thoughtful, having prepared all the essentials, plus books and toys for the kids, which was a wonderful touch. The location is super convenient—within walking distance to Capitol Hill, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store.

Everything about this house experience was perfect. Had everything you need. Sparkle clean. Attractive. Quiet. And best location in G-town. We loved it and will be back.

Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.
