Katy’s Denver home was the perfect stay for me and my group of 5 friends! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The back outdoor space and patio sS where we spent the most time, as it was such a relaxing vibe, especially with all the seating, sauna, and hot tub. Would recommend to any group traveling to the Denver area!

We have been looking forward to visiting for a while and really enjoyed the few days we spent here. The space is great and we had a good time exploring the neighborhood.

Great location with easy access to City Park, the Zoo, and the Natural History Museum. It's a short drive into downtown from the house. 4 big bedrooms to accommodate everybody. Rick was super-responsive and helpful.

Our group of friends and family thoroughly enjoyed the place. We loved the modern amenities and appliances. The hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend the place.

This home was absolutely perfect for any get together. So much great space for a large group. Everything you could think of was included. The location is perfect, quick access to the city as well as the highway leading to the mountains. David was a fantastic host. His home was beautiful and clearly designed with care and attention. This was our 3rd year staying at this property and everything was perfect as usual. Perfect layout, huge kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, great sun room, this property has everything and a big yard!

This cabin was peaceful, beautifully decorated and located next to a national forest! It was the perfect mountain getaway for my friends and I to spend quality time together. The living room was the perfect place to sit together, drink coffee, and enjoy the view. It came with a fire burning stove, two fridges, and a deck with grill. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and gave detailed instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed visiting Nederland, CO, a small mountain Colorado town with the feel of towns 30 years ago. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting an escape with friends and pets.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Shawn’s place! The house was exactly as described and was even better in person. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The home was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants making it easy to explore the area. Shawn was a great communicator and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. They provided helpful tips about the neighborhood, and check-in/check-out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We came to celebrate a family birthday and had a blast. The house was comfortable and spacious for three married couples and a young adult sibling. We had a great time playing pool and ping pong tournaments every night. We also loved the view of Denver from the porch during the day and at night. The hot tub was clean, and everything else was as advertised. The location gives you a lot of flexibility to go lots of places within 30 mins to a couple hours whether that be different ski resorts, Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, etc. Check out instructions were easy to understand and execute. Finally, Nathan always quickly responded to any questions. You won’t regret staying here!

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large, multigenerational family with lots to do in the home and locally. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Denver. Great value and great home!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Gina was an amazing host! Everything was beautiful and very welcoming. We even took our 7 pd puppy and there was a dog beg for her. The 6 teenager girls loved the hot tub, game room and plenty of space to rome. The kitchen was fully equipped and the girls loved the area to cook in all our meals. We cannot wait to return! Thanks Gina for all the little extras that made us feel special!
