Independent studio from the house comprising a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a seating area, a sleeping area with a double bed,a BZ and an equipped bathroom. Located in the countryside close to all amenities, 12min from downtown Niort, 20min from the marsh poitevin, 50min from La Rochelle, 1h from the beaches and puy from the crazy futuroscope. Our accommodation is in the middle of animals with a panoramic view of the park of wallabies and deer. A visit to the parks is possible

Dependency: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (standards hand.) 2400m2 plot (possibility 8 beds in double beds), plus 1 bed 90cm and 1 bed umbrella. My accommodation is close to Puy du Fou parks, Futuroscope, center park... You will appreciate my accommodation for its exterior, atmosphere and location. I have 2 dogs (shar-peï) (no access to the accommodation) 2 cats. Enclosed: chickens, ducks, 1 goat1s, 1 mare games and toys available. Notions in English, German, Italian
