Lovely stay. William is a wonderful host - very friendly and welcoming, and provided helpful local recommendations. The house, gardens and pool are beautiful. Inside the stable is rustic but comfortable. The family also run a local restaurant/shop which has excellent food.

A very welcoming and very pleasant family home. A huge garden and very well kept. We had a very good family stay. There was everything that needed for both adults and children, between books, board games, outdoor games and the famous foosball table... A big thank you to Isabelle for her warm welcome and availability.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah and David's. The thoughtful touches and quick answers to our questions were very pleasant. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Impeccable house with everything you need. Christine even replaced the sofa with a real bed in one of the 2 bedrooms, which was a plus for comfort. The environment is very peaceful and we saw deer in the fields behind the house. The little cat is adorable. Please note that it is imperative to have a car given the location.

We had a lovely stay at Josette and Christian's. They're lovely and very helpful. The apartment is completely independent and well equipped (even when traveling with a baby). Everything is spotless and compliant with photos. Thanks to Josette and Christian for this stay, we'll be happy to come back!

clean place, well decorated. all the necessities available, cellophane, cotton swab, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a stay course because we will not arm our suitcase and we are not going to do a big race. the only thing that bothered me was the front door which is not at all secure because it has a null lock and which has a hole clogged with scotch so between insecurity and soundproofing the front door would really deserve to be changed.

We stayed one night at this place whose decoration, sauna and balneo allowed us to get away! Accommodation also very well located and whose private parking is a real plus.

I booked Judy and Olivier's place for 2 days, for my dad and his partner who were visiting the area. The accommodation is well located, equipped and clean. Good communication with the hosts. The plus: an exterior in the city center! Recommended.

I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly in person, which allowed me to communicate with the host and have every last detail! Sarah was very kind and considerate! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is offered, functional, comfortable, warm... and the terrace is a real little plus when there is sun! In addition, it is conveniently placed in niort, I recommend.

Perfect welcome 👍🏼 Clean and very functional the accommodation was perfect for a stay. Very quiet in a peaceful corner close to a supermarket and the center. The amenities provided (child barriers, mosquito nets, ventilation, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, etc...) were all in good condition and for all types of visitors (with or without children) which is very convenient.
