Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Located near the new DTE bike trails, a short walk to downtown, and just minutes from great hiking in the Waterloo Recreation Area. Our home will be spotless and well sanitized for your stay. We provide snacks, water bottles, tea and coffee. If you need any baby or toddler items, we can provide things like baby gates, bed rail, pack n play, high chair, etc. A Christmas tree can be provided for holiday bookings.

Rustic elegance at its best. A great retreat with a mix of both, beamed ceilings and rustic characteristics yet chandeliers in the bedroom and elegant dining area with character throughout the home. Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on a secluded 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. Explore natural ecosystems and witness sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and behind that are honeybees.
