Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Diemelsee

We had a wonderful friends weekend. all a private bedroom that were very spacious. you basically don't have to leave the house. it is equipped with every comfort. a lovely jacuzzi with a lovely sauna in addition. bbq works super well. very spacious kitchen where you are equipped with every comfort. large living room with a pool table. everything was very clean. we choose a different house every year but this really jumped out. this home is highly recommended

Lovely house tucked away from the main road with private parking. Very close to town, you can easily walk there in under 10 mins and very close to supermarkets and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Daniela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed as a group for a girls weekend. The house is super nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We had everything we needed on site and more. Communication went smoothly and the fireplace was already prepared before our arrival, so we could start directly into a cozy evening. We were also very surprised by the good amenities in the kitchen, which we have never had in any vacation home. Our highlight was definitely the sauna and the ducks in the garden :) If we are planning a comparable weekend again, we will be happy to come back.

We rented Elke's place as a group of seven friends from the study period and were able to celebrate a very relaxing reunion in Kassel. The house is very, very cozy, sparkling clean and has everything it needs! And Elke was a really very helpful and nice host!

A very tastefully furnished apartment, very cozy, great equipped kitchen, good mattresses, very nice outdoor lighting for sitting outside.

Tom has a beautiful large apartment and a large garden which we did not want to use because of winter - snow and a lot of cold - many possibilities to do, the bus goes to the ski slopes and to Winterberg We 5 women had a lovely few days in the apartment

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bernd and Jani's place in Geseke for a full month. As a family with two kids, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless and prompt. Bernd and Jani were incredibly kind and proactively helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and a true gem. It offered great value for the price, and it was perfect for our family's needs. The location was ideal, the amenities were spot on, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We are truly thankful for Bernd and Jani's hospitality and the care they put into making our month-long stay so pleasant. We had a very nice stay at Mona and René's in Siegen. Quiet location, comfortable beds and apartment very well equipped incl. crib, high chair and children's toys. We will be happy to come back any time when we are in Siegen.

I rarely write reviews, but the experience was incredible, every detail was perfect. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. The landlady is very nice. It came completely unexpectedly and I was really happy 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend. We were warmly welcomed and the fireplace burned on arrival. We felt right at home. It felt cozy, cozy and cared for. There were five of us, but a nice bed was also prepared for the fifth. The little girl still played outside at the playhouse where she could glide and bake the slide and sandcats in the sandpit. We overlooked the garden with a forest behind it. It was wonderfully quiet. In short: we enjoyed it very much!

It was a great stay and we felt very comfortable. The property is highly recommended.

A wonderfully beautiful apartment in an idyllic village. We were guests in Schmallenberg in the apartment of the Kölbel family in winter. The apartment corresponds 100% to the pictures. Super easy check-in/out. Arriving at the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and the apartment is well laid out, enough space for 6 people. The bathroom and beds are a dream💯. The Kölbel family is super friendly and helpful. In the village you will find everything you need, a small but fine EDEKA (Tante Emma) a beverage market a pastry shop and some nice restaurants. The apartment has always been a great starting point for our excursions. We thank the Kölbel family and are already looking forward to next winter in Schmallenberg.

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

Spacious, yet cosy. Easy parking and self check in. Nice and quiet and very clean and comfortably furnished. We didn’t stay for long, but one could wash and dry laundry and looked to be a great kitchen to cook in. Great art museums and beautiful parks. Lots of walking trails right outside. We had a great stay at Sven's. The apartment has been very nice & clean & looks exactly like the pictures. Check-in was hassle-free & we were able to check in earlier than advertised. Sven always responded very quickly and kindly to all messages. Glad to come back!
