Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Our 45 m² holiday apartment country air on our Aussiedlerhof Hof Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb, is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly an additional 1 child in the travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our Bioland farm.

Im Gräbele

The holiday apartment is located in a part of the building, which used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today, you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement. The building has been lovingly renovated for over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

2-room Heidi-House surrounded by woods and meadows

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Stylishly furnished ground floor apartment incl. Pitch can accommodate 2-4 max. Pers. Quiet yet within walking distance of the historic city center with restaurants, cafes and bars. Covered terrace overlooking the countryside. The lovingly furnished sleeping room has a 1.80 wide bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The A 81 motorway towards Singen u. Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 min away.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.

Dream apartment in former farm

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
