It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. We would recommend this listing:-)

We are delighted with our stay in Granville. The accommodation was very comfortable and practical, well-equipped and in a good location, and Mireille was very welcoming.

Clean accommodation with a large clothing rack to store everything. Very close to the large beach, shops within walking distance, large common land with private parking. Perfect.

Eddy's place is ideally located for discovering the coast (Granville, Saint Pair, Carolles, Mont Saint Michel...). Access to the listing is super easy with Eddy's tips. It is well equipped with a superb view of the sea and the Chausey Islands. For walkers, you can reach Granville on foot otherwise the buses are free (casino, old town, port ...). There is even a thalassotherapy center with seawater pool 2 steps from the residence. We had a dream stay to renew.

Very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. The residence is very pleasant and clean, the apartment is spacious and spotless, with everything you need to leave it spotless. The garage is very nice. Thanks to Philippe for hosting us! We will go back without fail to this beautiful area.

We had a lovely stay at Jeannine's place. Exactly at described, well-equipped and very clean, spacious with a lovely baclony. Very close to amenities and attractions. Jeannine and her husband are lovely hosts, always on hand if needed but also very discreet just leaving you to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend staying here.

1 big thank you to Christian for this small but very functional place. It enjoys1 extraordinary location overlooking the beach and sea. Its direct access to the beach allows 1 quick access to the center of Dinard and its market. And 1 big thank you for her advice and those of Patricia who welcomed us with kindness.

We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's place who welcomed us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, impeccably clean and very well-equipped ( nothing is missing). It is also decorated with great taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. The comfortable exteriors of the apartment offer a remarkable view of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking access to the beach! In addition , the hospitality of our hosts was friendly and very easy to contact. We would highly recommend it and will return for our next stay in Dinard.

Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Very nice home identical to the photos. Apartment located by the sea ideal for fishing or the beach. 10min drive from the intramutos. All amenities nearby. Very well appointed apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. I congratulate Caroline for this very nice apartment and for her very clear communication upon our arrival and departure. we will be back.

Apartment in a very good location. It's really a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, moonlit boardwalk, and a large supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. The plus: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxation break.

We were able to take advantage of this rental to visit this pretty part of Brittany. The accommodation is well located, between Cancale and Saint Malo, within walking distance of pretty beaches. The accommodation, as described on the site, satisfied us. Karine was a responsive host and gave us many helpful tips. We recommend this property.
