The apartment was amazing just like the photos described. Very clean and spotless walking distance from everything around you. The apartment felt like home with all that you need in one place, and the host is very responsive and helpful with everything that we inquired about i would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is excellent in all respects! The place of the apartment is easy to reach and close to Imkan north of Riyadh, in addition to the distribution of rooms is great and offers comfort and privacy, and all needs are available from cooking utensils, coffee, and washing machine, making the accommodation very comfortable. I highly recommend it for those looking for an integrated place to stay.

For what I needed, this place was perfect. I went to attend an event at the Kingdom Arena and was able to walk to and from in about 15 minutes. The place was perfect for me and I was able to walk to plenty of places to eat and there is a supermarket a block away that was extremely convenient. Emad was proactive on reaching out to me before my arrival and was quick to respond with any questions. The place felt like home and I would definitely stay there again if I return for another event at the arena.

I have dealt with him , helpful and responsive, thank you.🤍 The apartment is very beautiful and clean and feel in it as if you are at home, in which everything you need from kitchen tools, to the towels for one use, and if anything is lacking, I am sure that it is not short and provides your needs. I highly recommend it to families.

Nice apartment in a great building. Gym is also very well equipped and clean and there is also an indoor pool. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures amd is very spacious. Just one thing: you need to bring your own towels as they are not provided.
