Saud is a wonderful, friendly and very cooperative host, offering advice and sharing the best places in his area. Saud's apartment is located in a privileged place and close to most of the entertainment activities. All services are available in the area of the residential neighborhood. The location is unique and distinct, where it is located adjacent to the frequency bus station and near the train station, which is located about 2 km. The level of hygiene and the speed of response and response were exceptional. It will be my first choice whenever I come to Riyadh.

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.

It was an amazing place and the photos don't do it justice! Such a unique space, fully furnished kitchen with all you need provided, very comfortable set up and overall a little oasis in the middle of Riyadh. Mohammed was also so helpful and kind to allow an early check in and a later check out to accomodate us, and even went out of his way to ensure the pool got filled up (as it wasn't due to recent rain fall) for us! Definitely returning for a visit!

This is not my first visit here, last time I really liked it here, so I came back here again. The owner Fahad wrote and found out the time of stay in advance and prepared the apartment properly. The set up is gorgeous, and he is an amazing host. Definitely plan to stay with him again!
