The district at Westfalenpark 2 (BVB/Messe on foot)

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location, within walking distance 10 min to the Westfalenhalle to the football stadium or to the city . A supermarket is close by. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The subway stations are a 2-minute walk away . Free parking is available outside the house. A parking space in the yard can also be rented. If needed, there is the possibility to rent two bikes to get from A to B even faster.

Relax in this special creative space. The studio offers plenty of space on 2 levels to unwind. In the lower part, you are directly connected to the cultural landscape. The studio itself shows works by sculptor Achim Tausch. In the upper area, the Ruhr culture is noticeable with its means of transportation and the moving "street art". This part was used to live the processful part of painting. Occasionally, you can still see the traces of painting.

The house was newly built in 2021 and is accessible. Surrounded by meadows and fields. There are 6 steps to the house entrance with a podium located in between. The rest is wheelchair accessible.
