Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Phoenix

Marquee was a great host. He was very prompt and responsive when we texted him. His condo was very nice and located in a family community complex. The pool and gym were great. The condo was centrally located and very close to where our son lives.

Thankful for help from the security guard when we arrived. After arrival and getting in, everything was fantastic!

Kathy was great to work with as she communicated well and the place was just like the pictures and met all of our needs. We were able to walk to a variety of places such as restaurants,bars, shops and grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again . Thank you Tami

The communication with the host Marie were quick and the check- in process was smooth. Marie gave us simple and detailed instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the air mattress provided for our third guest was quick to inflate, though the pump was loud. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, with a convenient Jack and Jill layout. The location was about 10 minutes from groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from Tempe and Mesa, with minimal traffic. Overall, it's a great place for a small family.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

I Loved Dana’s place. Beautiful view from patio, especially at sun down and sun rise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room and right across from the liquor store. I had a tiny issue locating the lockbox but Dana was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend or stay again when I’m in town.

This was one of the most charming places we’ve stayed at. Truly an oasis in the heart of downtown Phoenix! We loved the decor of the unit we stayed in plus all of the fun extras like the grill, pool table, and rooftop lounge with the big chess board! Peaceful yet with a party vibe, it’s the perfect downtown retreat. We’ll be staying again!

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

Very responsive host. Very clean , good amount space , well stocked with items for kitchen and bathroom. Cute private outdoor area, highly recommend.

Loved everything about this place and look forward to returning. The interior decorations were tasteful and beautiful. The place had everything I needed for a week’s stay. And I loved the courtyard with the mature garden and pool. Jacqueline was helpful and communicative.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my times of booking things like hotels and stuff. Everything was just like the picture not only that Nomade helped me a little finding the keys he’s very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be booking with him again anytime I’m in the downtown area.

We needed a place to crash before an early flight out of Phoenix. Thomasina’s place was clean, comfortable and way more than we needed.

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

It was so peaceful! Not any noise from neighbors, not even any noise from traffic even though there was a pretty busy road close by. There’s a grocery store right next door. Only thing we had a problem with was gps took us to a complex across the street. The location is on the same side as Albertsons. That was weird, but gps was the problem there I would assume. Aside from that, our stay was amazing, and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.
