Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Phoenix

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Such a great location, a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated, which made it a perfect family vacation spot. We did a lot of cooking at the house and were very pleased with all of the cookware, dishes, etc. We ended up having to leave two days early due to a family issue. A little disappointed that we were unable to receive a refund, but we understand the last minute change…

Wonderful home for a Girl Scout adventure in Phoenix. This home was able to have 3 small families stay very comfortably.

We were in town for Spring Training and the house was a great spot for our family. The yard was a nice quiet area for us to enjoy the evenings and let the kids play all day. There was plenty of space to eat and prepare meals. We loved how the dining area had a garage door that opened to the back patio to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. We spent hours around the fire pit to help take the chill out of the late evenings, played in the pool during the hot hours, and used the speakers to listen to music while we hung out. The Cozy Container gave us extra space and was a great use of a shipping container. It had a TV, kitchenette, A/C, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. We were a little worried getting into the neighborhood that it might not be in the best area, but as soon as you turned off the main road, it was a quiet street and we loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house again. The kids said it was the best trip they've ever been on. We loved the house.

Great home! Kitchen and living room areas are spacious. Love the new kitchen appliances! Quiet location and very easy to get to. Close to tons of restaurants. Would stay here again!

One of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever encountered, and a great value. We visited in winter, and really enjoyed having windows on 2 sides of the unit -- letting in "just enough" cheerful sunshine -- we didn't feel like we were living in a cave. All the windows had good shades/curtains, for those who prefer to keep the rooms dark. HVAC worked well, and my allergies tell me that the air filter was fresh. Host is awesome, extremely responsive and personable. Condo complex is not gated, but was quiet anyway. Big plus for us: unlike many condos, this complex has a RECYCLING BIN! Thank you Paul - we hope to return one day.

It was comfortable!I want to use it again

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary equipment for a home cooked meal, the backyard in and of itself could have been a whole 2 days worth of fun! Greg was so responsive when we messaged him for help about the property and came with an electronic user guide to use throughout the stay. Cannot recommend this place enough - the decor, cleanliness, location all incredible.

The place was clean with towels and linens displayed upon arrival. The king and queen sized beds were comfortable. The king size bed needs newer pillows. The property was styled as pictured, except for the outside hammock. The tree that secures one side of the hammock, which is depicted in the picture, had been removed. The hammock was located in the garage. There were random cement blocks around the un-covered pool filter. Next to the grill lay an un-sightly garden hose. Management responded timely to our questions regarding the outside grill and damaged lounge chairs. The kitchen countertop looks nice in picture however it’s a vinyl seal. The hallway and bathroom ceiling vents need a cleaning. Shower door in master suite is permanently broken with a note on it not to operate it. There is water damage on the base moulding below the shower door. There was no tv in the master suite. Despite these findings we would stay here again because of the value and responsiveness of management!

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nice place & as good as advertised. The only (slight) issue is that we found the property layout (buildings) a bit “wonky”. After our initial arrival, the GPS took us right near the actual parking space. but it was a bit confusing at first. (The parking space numbers also don’t seem to be in any sort of “order”, which didn’t make sense to us either.) Regardless, this was perhaps the best “stocked” (with amenities) place at which we’ve stayed & the unit was very nice. Entry to the condo was very easy. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool, but we were in town to visit family anyway.

Very clean and responsive and there to help if you need anything

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Great place as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and was easy access to where I needed to go for this trip to the Phoenix area. Internet speeds were a bit slow which was more of an annoyance rather than a big problem. I would recommend this place if you are going to be needing to stay proximal to the Tempe area.

We stayed a week at Heavenly Stay while we attended baseball Spring Training. The apartment had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved having a washer and dryer. It was also great having a garage for our car. Would highly recommend staying here.

Jessica’s condo was restful and relaxing. Perfect for recovering from treatments at Mayo. Close to Walgreens and several grocery stores and many restaurants. We were comfortable with our dogs and had great places to walk them with trails by the golf course. We would stay again

Spacious, comfortable and clean home. Our family (six adults and one infant) had more than enough room and enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. Great location with Westin Kierland Golf Club, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale sights all easily accessible. Responsive and helpful host. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed as a group of 5 on a girls trip and our stay was fantastic. The house is exactly as pictured and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Everything is updated and clean. The views from the home are gorgeous. The outdoor space is really well cared for and we loved enjoying the hot tub after being out during the day. Neighborhood is super quiet. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great house for 4 adult men on a golfing weekend. 2 primary bedrooms and 2 additional queens, huge kitchen, nice outdoor space, quiet location, very close to the airport. Gus was very responsive. Thanks for hosting.

Perfect Stay for a Bachelor Party! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a bachelor party with 13 guys. The house was awesome! Pool/grill/fire pit/ sports, What else could we ask for ? The house was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The host was always available and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. The space was perfect for a large group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. If you’re looking for a great spot in Scottsdale, I highly recommend this place.

The property itself was beautiful in every way, from the curb appeal, the exterior design, the unique artwork on the interior, the tiled flooring, the huge master suite, to the roominess throughout the floor plan. Just a very special home that was the ultimate in comfort and so full of special amenities. I haven’t even gotten to the 5 star landscaping that graces the front yard and extends to the back. The huge pool and spa, the waterfall feature, and the lemon and orange trees, along with gorgeous plants and palm trees decorate the backyard paradise. The huge brick patio that wraps around the entire rear of the house is simply amazing. I will definitely book this, or one of the other properties that Barbara and her team feature, the next time we travel to the Scottsdale area. This vacation home was the most remarkable I’ve ever booked. Don’t pass up the opportunity to include this property in your future plans if traveling to the area. You will be amazed just as we were.

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!
