Apartment holiday rentals in Dubai Marina

Great choice for relaxation.

I recently stayed at Mohit's apartment for a month while working for my office in London. Prior to my booking, I asked Mohit to accommodate a monitor and an office chair. He generously supplied all of my requests before my check-in. I found him to be a very responsive host, and his apartment's listing matches the photos and description exactly. I would definitely book his place again whenever I visit Dubai.

Very comfortable apartment, high ceilings, bright room, everything is very clean and tidy. There is a balcony. Everything is walking distance from here. The hostess was always in touch with us. The lobby has very tasty coffee, responsive workers. Everything was great!!!

Was a great place, the apartment looked exactly like the pictures , communication was very clear and we had a lovely time. As the apartment is in Dubai hills, it’s very accessible and close to many amenities, restaurants, as well as the close proximity to the city. I had a lovely time and thank you Yasir!

5 Stars – Outstanding Stay! Staying at Bez’s place in JVC was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bez was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the setup, from the cozy furniture to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend Bez’s place to anyone looking for a quality stay in JVC. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

Michael is really proactive in communication and from the moment the booking is confirm, he will take you in charge by message and ensure a smooth arrival. Regarding the area, there are two supermarkets in walking distance from where you can do all groceries you need (or directly enjoy food from the restaurant there) and cook everything in the shared kitchen. The room got a private fridge if you need to store anything fresh. If you come by car, the whole area is free, but from around 7-8pm it become busy and finding a free spot can require some creativity.

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

Host was really responsive and helpful throughout the whole experience, and the whole booking and entering process was extremely smooth. The apartment itself was great too, it felt like home!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

This is our 6th stay in Dubai Marina and first one at this luxury 2BR apartment at Address Residence. First, I would like to say that Amin is an awesome host, responsive and helpful. All our questions have been answered very quickly. Apartment is great: new, big, modern, bright, with comfortable beds for 4 adults in 2 sleeping rooms and additionally there is a big sofa in the living room. All room facilities are as described, new and with a great selection (very well considered details). There is a super good terrace with incredible sea view in this apartment on the 53rd floor - big and secure, with sofa, chairs and tables. There is a shadow during a hot day and no wind on a windy day on the terrace. There is a swiming pool area outside and sun lounges with sun umbrellas on the beach. Public beach with private area. Proper beach towels available. Sea area is bordered with a net that is really good and is secure and water is very clear. Great parking place. Definitely recommend!!

Shadi was so helpful and communicative. I stayed at her place with my daughter for one month and it was beautiful! My highlight - being able to watch the sunset from the apartment balcony every evening. 10/10 highly recommend - thank you for hosting us, Shadi! :-)

I’ve been searching for a place in Dubai for about two weeks and have considered many options, but one thing is clear - Ericka & Jim truly take their business seriously. We had a wonderful stay at George’s property – truly a full-package deal without any headache! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials that families often miss in other places – George has really put care into every detail. The location was fantastic with easy access to the pools and beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the flexibility George offered with check-in and check-out times, which was a huge help since we were traveling with kids. Although we didn’t need to reach out during our stay, it was clear that George was always available and responsive, ready to resolve any issues promptly if needed – that peace of mind really added to the experience. In short, this place has everything you need – just pack your bags and come. Highly recommended!

If you want a clean, luxurious stay at a great premium location, Ali’s AirBnb is the place to be. Ali is a very proactive and helpful host. Ended up making a friend for life, while enjoying my stay in Dubai :)

Very tidy, clean, aesthetic apartment with a nice balcony! Cafés, pharmacies and supermarkets are at a walking distance. Also the building, in which the apartment is located in, is very modern. Communication with Abubakar was excellent. I had a very nice, peaceful stay thank you - can definitely recommend.

we had an amazing time we were a group of girls celebrating my friends birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time in that airbnb it was so clean and very well decorated.

The apartment was great. Very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can walk to the marina beach in a few minutes. We were allowed to use the parking space in the garage for free. Thank you Luc, we will definitely be back
