Villa holiday rentals in Dubai Marina

Thank you to the host of the villa! The house was clean, neat, cozy. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay. The most important thing in the house is the private territory of the surrounding area. A lake with bird yard, zoo, horse rental, fishing and so on. Excellent swimming pool on the territory of the complex, natural landscape. Our family enjoyed our stay.

My family and I felt right at home in Franks Villa. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the playground across the street. The outside patio was unique and comfortable. I will book Franks villa again in the future.

Nice place and good service

We were looking for a quiet place not in the middle of city with privacy , it had it all with hated community and not to far from city centre ( 30-40 min drive). Only thing is the motorway system is quite confusing and always use a good satnav , if you avoid peak hours travel time is nothing, with the internet you can always find shops and restaurants to your liking. Very suitable for family whom want a nice quiet and safe place.

Overall great villa and great host. My family and I had a wonderful 1-month stay. We were three adults and one toddler. The villa was fully equipped to accommodate our needs: incl. bath necessities, kitchen utensils, cleaning and washing amenities. The kid had a great time out in the garden, as well as at the kids’ playgrounds and pool. They are literally at a one minute walk away from the house. The community is very nice: clean and safe, the families are very polite and easy-going. The only drawback is that the community is not fully completed and there is nothing else - like shops, supermarkets, park, etc. On the other hand, you can get everything delivered 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, it is quite far from the basic tourist destinations. There is much traffic in the city, so you should spare 35-45 minutes by taxi.

Easy and efficient communication, spacious and clean room, quiet street. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, beach 5 minutes walk. Yasmine, the concierge, is smiling and helpful. I thank Wafa and Dalila for their hospitality. I would recommend this place, and would be happy to come back.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

As a frequent traveler to Dubai for business reasons I wanted to try a larger house this time and found this villa in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The photos online impressed me and my friends - our expectations were completely met when we were checked in by Lyn. The house is massive, spread over 3 floors with 2 living areas, large bedrooms (all en-suite), an additional kitchenette on top floor and lots of terraces to use in the morning or evening. Cool and practical design, all brand new furniture It was just the perfect place to work and to chill. The surrounding is very peaceful and green. Drive to Dubai Mall is 20 mins, a bit shorter to Marina, some cool breakfast places close by, delivery fast and easy. Cheene was a great host to communicate. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this villa for anyone.

I loved staying here! The common areas were perfect for working and lounging and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Dubai. I also met so many amazing people
