Dubrovnik is famed for its Old Town, but many of the unmodernised places will be private homes off-limits to the public. However, there are always exceptions, and this gorgeous 60 square metres studio in the centre is one of them close to a famed Buza Beach. It pre-dates the Great Earthquake of 1667, and those strong, sturdy walls look like they’d survive another! The bedroom has a king bed, so it’s an excellent spot for couples or honeymooners but this cosy apartment can sleep up to four guests

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

New fully renovated apartment situated inside of city walls. Large window in living room and large window in bedroom. It takes two minutes to walk dawn to go to main street Stradun. Swimming area with cocktail bar - 1min walk ( 100m distance ). Groceries shop- 2min walk. Pharmacy- 3min walk. Plenty bars and restaurants on walking distance. (2-3min) .
