Can really recommend this place!

Great experience. Worth the climb for that spectacular view. Love the country cottage feel to the place and my family had fun during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

We loved our stay here! The couple that lives downstairs spoke no English but they were amazing! We used Google translator and that worked great. We saw the olive oil production room. The view is spectacular and an easy walk to the sea. If you want a sandy beach it is just 2 km away. Kitchen was well stocked with basics like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc. Highly recommend!

Where to start..? We had the most amazing week in Zaton Mali, Vicko was the perfect host, from arranging collection and drop off at Dubrovnik Airport (courtesy of his son Ivo), to fruit picking, a boat trip to see the caves and sharing his wonderful knowledge of the history of this beautiful, picturesque village. The ground floor apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The roof top veranda was fantastic, the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax. Zaton Mali is simple stunning, the walks along the turquoise water’s edge are fabulous, there are lots of opportunities to relax in the sunshine and swim in the Adriatic Sea. We took the bus into Dubrovnik (approx. €3.00 each, one way) and visited the busy old town. We walked the medieval walls and visited many beautiful buildings (making the most of our Dubrovnik Pass), but at the end of the day we were happy to return to the tranquillity and beauty of Zaton Mali. Thank you Vicko for everything, see you next year!

Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

October 2024 I highly recommend Hrvoje as a host, we felt very comfortable with him! Our stay in Dubrovnik was very nice and for that we thank Hrvoje from the heart!❤️🙏

Great apartment with breathtaking view, has everything you might need and it’s in a walking distance to Old Town. I’ll definitely come back.

Our apartment overlooking the wall of the Old City in Dubrovnik was perfect. It was everything it was advertised to be and more - beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could ask for. At about 500m above the wall, walking access was easy or a short Uber ride away from the Old City. So, all of the magic of the Old City is at your fingertips. The views from the patio and hot tub are simply stunning - especially at night! Miho and his wife Ana are the very best hosts. They were so responsive answering all of our questions - even suggesting several restaurants for us to try. Simply put, you can not find a better place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Very pleased with Mara’s place. A short walk just up the road from the old town meant it was nice and quiet. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was nice to have two bathrooms! Ideal for couples and families visiting Dubrovnik.

Biljana’s place was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. We would definitely go back.

There was great communication with Vedran, he arranged for us a taxi from the airport with a car seat for a year old, so we had no worries. the place was tidy and ready for us to arrive. We really appreciated the possibility of sitting on the terrace overlooking the garden. After we checked out, we were very grateful to Vedran because he discovered a forgotten ID that we could not leave without. Perfect for families with children

Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the villa, everything is as described! Only 2 things to be aware of: i) when getting a taxi from the airport, give the address with the street number so they know where to drop you off to climb up some street stairs that get to the villa. ii) take repellent with you for mosquitoes (we were there in early October). Enjoy!

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

Beautiful house in arguably the best location on the harbour in Šipanska Luka. Great accommodation with fantastic quality bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and wonderful views from the balcony. The village is gorgeous, very relaxed and authentic with lovely beaches and restaurants. We hope to be back one day!

Very nice house with a world class view over the ocean and islands. Air condition in the bed rooms was great this warm week.

BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE Property Group of 7 ladies wanted a special place to share and this property did not disappoint!!!!! If in doubt just book it !

The house is exactly as described with a great location less than 30 mins from Dubrovnik and with views of the sea and islands. Everything was very clean and comfortable, with three good bedrooms (one double, one twin and the master suite) and two en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. There was lots of space inside and several different sitting areas outside. Very suitable for a family or even for 3 couples. There is a 10 min walk down to the pretty harbour of Trseno where it easy to swim from the rocks with access to the sea via ladders, and a 5 minute drive to a lovely beach with beach bar, loos, lounger hire and kayaks.

A most beautiful villa and garden - lots of lovely outside places and pool. 15 minute walk to the old town. Hard to beat. Excellent for groups or 2 families.
