Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dubrovnik

We enjoyed our week long stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful yet walkable to all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the large outdoor patio with and outdoor kitchen and second floor balcony with a gorgeous sea view. They provided all amenities needed and even gifted us a bottle of wine. Check in was smooth despite flight delays causing us to arrive much later than we expected. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning! We spent a week at this gorgeous villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We were 4 adults and 2 children so made use of the 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite which was very convenient. Every little detail was so well thought out, the amenities in the kitchen were fab, everything you could ever need! The outside space is beautiful and so private. The location is great, really close to Dubrovnik and the surrounding villages. The pizza restaurant over the road is delicious and some small shops locally had everything we needed to cook at the villa. 100% recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits chez Mario. il nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. il est très serviable et veut toujours nous aider. nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi après nos journées de visite. les petites attentions nous ont fait plaisir. l'appartement est très fonctionnel. très propre. les 2 salles de bain sont un plus, les machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle aussi. l'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. TRESTNO est un village à 18km de Dubrovnik. sur les conseils de Mario nous avons opté pour aller à Dubrovnik en bus avec le 12 ou le 35. Bref un excellent séjour chez Mario. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. bref une très belle découverte.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house - right by the sea, very peaceful. It's really comfortable with amazing views from the roof terrace and a (pebbly) beach a minute from the gate, and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Boris was easy to deal with and very helpful beforehand, and Jenny was always available for advice and support while we were there - really welcoming too. They sorted out all our transport arrangements and gave us advice with restaurants, shopping, reservations etc. The village and harbour is two minutes away, with a couple of restaurants, bars and a small shop, and everyone was so friendly. We were very sad to leave and we're already planning a return trip!

The location of this property was beautiful. Lovely to wake to the stunning view of the river and we especially enjoyed jumping in for a quick dip. The outdoor area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub! There are small supermarkets nearby plus a couple of bakeries which were great value for money and delicious. Dubrovnik old town is about a 20/25 minute drive away. We used a combination of both uber and buses to travel in. Katrina is a very helpful, friendly host and very responsive to messages. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Roko was an excellent host and the house was wonderful for our family of 7. Plenty of space and beds for everyone, including bathrooms! We really enjoyed the location in Lapad, getting to go on daily walks around the coast, while still being not too far from old town. We already want to come back, thank you for a great stay!

A fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Veselko was a great host, communication was excellent, a warm welcome and really helpful recommendations. There are a couple of small supermarkets and some good restaurants in Zaton, within walking distance of the villa. The hot tub and views over the bay are amazing. We had a car and enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik, Kotor and Mostar. All of these places are very accessible from Villa Tina. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Tina.

We were so incredibly happy with this place! The view is unbelievable. It was plenty of space and it was very very clean. It was extremely walkable to everything we needed to go and see yet it felt very private and safe. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Clean and fresh with a good pool area and very comfy beds. Rina was a lovely host who made us very welcome. The house is high above Dubrovnik old town and just beside the main road to the airport. Steep walks to amenities and tourist attractions and also steps down and up to pool and a steep internal stair.

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

Great stay! Home was clean and great for a large group of people. Alen was also very responsive.
