It’s a great place where you can find an escape from the city in the great outdoors. Beautiful apartment with great mountain view, everything is new and shiny. Internet is perfect for work, lots of parking lots are available. Highly recommend this place!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. My partner and I decided to stay at Lusine's place for the beautiful natural surroundings, it's close proximity to historical monuments and its relaxing atmosphere. It was an ideal place for use to create our artworks, cook and enjoy the fruits from the garden, whilst still being only a 45 minutes taxi ride from Yerevan (which is not expensive if you want to spend a day in the city). We were very happy with this location and would love to experience the surroundings in spring time. Highly recommended 👌

Davit and his wife built a small, beautiful paradise in the mountains - full of nature! Pure tranquility! Far from every hustle and bustle! Around the house it has its own very large , fenced garden with hammock, Jacouzy, large barbecue area and seating! A true little paradise! Highly recommended!
