Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East Nashville

This BnB was great!! Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to spread out, girls watched TV upstairs while the guys played pool downstairs during our evenings at the house. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus!! Unlike most BnBs, the “cleaning” list before checkout is very minimal making the cleaning fee worth it!

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Julie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Katie's home was very comfortable for the four of us - two couples in town for the Music City Bowl. It could have easily accommodated two more people. The home is spacious and clean and in a cute neighborhood with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and not far from downtown. Katie was responsive and very clearly communicated instructions. If visiting Nashville again, we'd love to stay at Katie's.

Nice place for a family of 6 to stay while passing through. Dango and Amber are really cool!

We stay here at least once per year with a large group. We love the large driveway for parking large items. If you need several rooms in between Percy priest and downtown, this is the best! Always very friendly hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

I loved the neighborhood! This place was great and affordable. Very clean and comfortable. You will have everything that you need. The hosts were responsive and friendly when I asked about local recommendations. Very close and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, etc. I would highly recommend.

The place was super cute and cozy, decorated exactly how the photos look! It was very comfortable to stay in and go in and out from and is in a quiet part of town that also felt safe. We only had 3 people, which I felt was perfect for the space. Host was also very responsive and helpful!

Loved staying at Rachel’s place! She was so accommodating and communicative. The space was very clean and exactly what we needed for a chill girls weekend. 10/10 would stay here again.

Unexpected noises from sharing the house, but overall beautiful place for a couples get aways. So many adorable features, felt very cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub so much. Not to far from downtown Nashville and the Nashville zoo. The fan and heater were also very useful.

Beautiful apartment and great to be in walking distance of coffee and restaurants. Grocery was also very accessible. The four of us had plenty of room. I found the queen bed too soft but I know that’s a preference thing. It was quiet at night.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The apartment is in a perfect location close to everything

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Wil’s space. The area felt very safe and secure. We were just a short distance from every attraction that we wanted to see. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone coming to Nashville.

My husband and I stayed at Kimberly's place from Dec 5-Dec 11. We flew in late on Dec 5 and arrived at the Condo around 11:30pm. Getting into the condo was a breeze-instructions were easy. We had no problems at all. Kimberly's place was so cute, clean and had everything we needed for our stay in terms of supplies (shower/cooking etc.) Everything was comfy and cozy and well decorated. The patio was great, we loved being able to look out the large windows at the Cumberland River. It didn't feel like we were in the middle of a city. There is construction on the other side of the street however we didn't notice any noise at all, and it was very quiet at night. I think the only con was I think that the shower temp was set and was not hot enough. A HUGE PRO was walkability. We walked EVERYWHERE. Kroeger, Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arenas. Nothing took longer than 25 minutes. We walked day and night and never felt unsafe. Kimberly is very easy to reach and responsive.

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!

Cute, clean, stocked with all the necessities! It is next to a freeway so she even had ear plugs for you! Would stay there again.
