Loft holiday rentals in East Nashville

Spacious, clean, conveniently located, and the host is super friendly, welcoming, and very responsive.

This was a perfect day for one person or a couple staying in downtown Nashville. Only 10 to 15 minutes to everything including Broadway. It was upstairs above a detached garage, but was very private and peaceful. Excellent communication and we would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful location. Completely walkable to downtown, but separate enough to be quiet in the evenings. The loft was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Also, host was extremely responsive and made the check in and check out process seamless. I have stayed in these lofts before, and will absolutely stay here again.

This was probably one of the best properties that I have stayed in. Very comfortable, great location, plenty of space with the rooftop deck as a bonus. The property is located in a historic building that has been modernized. There were other neighbors, but we didn't hear them at all. The building is secure and we felt 100% safe. Our host left books in the property with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Nashville!

Perfect place for a weekend near Nashville center. Super Market and good restaurants nearby. Very quiet. Close to the airport. Hostess was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Definitely I want to come back.

Beautiful and exactly like pics!!

this is a really nice space in a great location with more amenities than I have ever seen in a hotel or AirBNB. Amenities I especially appreciated were lots of fluffy towels, high end shower products, extra blankets, and kitchen supplies such as tea and sugar. We loved being in Germantown near our family and could walk everywhere.

It was just the right amount of space for 7 of us ladies. Perfect location a block and half from Boardway and a block from Printers Alley. Felt safe walking to everything. Just have to be careful with showering and running out of hot water the first night. Small hot water heater. But we figure out how to work around it. Would definitely stay there again.

It was easy to get into and stay at this Airbnb. Nicely decorated and furnished. It was walking distance to the places we wanted to get to. We took advantage of the Starbucks and Margaritaville Hotel across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Samira’s space was wonderful! Words cannot describe. I came to town for a business trip, but I wish I never had to leave! Samira is a truly wonderful and pleasant host. She helped me through the entire process and even offered local recommendations. The space was beautiful and squeaky clean! Everything we needed was there. From the atmosphere to the toiletries, you could instantly tell Samira put time and effort into her space. Perfectly located in the heart of Nashville with tons of restaurants and things to do nearby! We were always within walking distance of all the attractions and eateries. The condo itself had wonderful amenities such as a gym and pool. One of the absolute best vacations I have been on. I cannot wait to go back. Both Samira as a host and her space were fantastic. Thank you again!

Great location and place for a downtown Nashville stay! Easy to walk back and forth from Broadway!

This location was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Easily walkable 1.5 miles to downtown where the bars and honky-tonks are clustered, but bear in mind it is a hilly walk, so it takes more effort than the mileage suggests. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries about their place and suggestions in the area. They were very kind and accommodating.

We had the pleasure of staying at Pilcher Lofts for my husband's 40th birthday, and it was truly amazing! Our group of eight found the space perfect for our stay, with everything we could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—everything in Nashville was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, having Liquor Labs on the bottom floor was an added bonus that we didn't expect but was spectacular as I had already planned to take our group their! What else can I say?? The loft was the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is amazing! If given the chance, I would absolutely stay here again!

If you don’t love the craziness of downtown this is the perfect spot to stay. Close enough to downtown but a great neighborhood for shops & food. Feels like cozy and friendly part of town & the price is great.

So responsive and super helpful. If you’re coming to Nashville or visiting Vanderbilt, this is the place!
