It also has an allocated parking space which costs £15 per night to book. It was built in 1764 originally for ladies in waiting to the Royal Pavilion. It has seven bedrooms and has been designed so guests have maximum comfort. Most beds are zip and link so can be laid out as either singles or king size beds. It sleeps up to 22.

A lovely bright seaside house, 200m from the beach and Hove lawns. On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

This big, 4 storey town house is in the best location! Newly decorated and furnished in January 2022. It really is stunning! Sitting at the top of Regency Square, the house is just 2 minutes walk from the sea, cafes, restaurants, pubs & shopping. It's all close by! It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a group of 14 comfortably with a huge super king bed, a double, 2 singles, bunk beds, and 2 sofa beds so plenty of space for everyone. There are also 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/diner.
