Townhome holiday rentals in Eastbourne

We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The beach and pier are only a couple of minutes walk and it was close to everything we needed. Check in was easy and straight forward. Thank you so much!!

Stayed here with my Wife and Son (18 months) for 1 week and was very happy with our stay. The house is a good size and location was ideal. Graham was a very accommodating host and answered any questions we had very quickly, despite being on holiday at the time (sorry Graham). Sad we did not get to use the rear patio due to cold/wet weather but looks like a lovely spot to spend your time in the warmer months. Great stay. Will definitely be back!

Such a lovely house we loved the balcony and it was very clean. Host was great informative and gave great instructions. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning 😊

Little Sussex House is a wonderful townhouse. It is situated in a wonderful position, has creative and good quality furnishings and has wonderful proactive hosts. We both loved this private cosy retreat and would happily come back again. It is surrounded by great places to eat and great historical sites as well. The beds were fresh and comfortable and it was so nice to have a shower that is not in a bathtub. Thank you Liz for all the effort you made to make our stay so enjoyable.

A brilliant house in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from Brighton station by the road itself was very peaceful with no through traffic. Added plus of parking. Great house and Brighton and the seafront all within walking distance. Lots of lovely pubs nearby too. Charlie was very responsive and on hand if we needed anything. Great place to stay and Brighton has so much to offer!

Lovely house in a great spot close to the sea. Warm, cosy and fine for a small family. 10 min walk into Goring, 20 min walk into Worthing. Christopher was very helpful, Gave us a call to make sure everything was ok with the house. Parking for one vehicle, additional parking not too far away. Would definately stay again.

It was a great place to stay really nice and cosy felt right at home. Great location close to the town centre. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best Airbnb we have stayed in for facilities, location, friendliness and flexibility of host - a real home from home. We have fallen in love with Lewes and this comfortable little house and so did our little dog Maggie May who was happy sunning herself in the secure garden. Lewes has lots of lovely pubs , independent shops and eateries . Rachel was quick to respond to messages and the detailed instructions for check in/ out made for a relaxing stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The house is perfectly positioned in a quiet mews - within walking distance of the station, the beach and a range of fantastic restaurants. Jackie and family are fabulous hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful, stylish home. We had all the home comforts we could possibly wish for - including comfy beds, fluffy towels and a very well equipped kitchen. The house is spotlessly clean and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. We would love to return and will definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Evrim was responsive and sorted us parking which was only a 10 minute walk from the property. Amenities were great and we had fun on the arcade machine! Funky bathrooms and lovely kitchen :) Was walking distance from the beach too!

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

Just the most wonderfully eclectic and bonkers house, like an incredible National Trust period property but with a coziness and a collection of wonderful art and items from around the world. Every single corner had something new to see. And while we could never have used two kitchens and three living rooms, how insanely great and well-equipped a house. One of the next places we’ve ever stayed and 100% will be back. Perfect 42nd birthday and hen do spot.

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

This is a great place to stay in Brighton, especially if there are several of you. It is exactly as described – spacious, lots of natural light, very central with easy access to everywhere, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Having an outdoor area really is lovely, and with a sea view from the stairs and one of the bedrooms it was all you could ask for. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when visiting the lovely relaxing town of Brighton.

Lovely modern house, very close to the marina, very spacious and had everything we needed. I struggled to get the tv working and Taryn was very quick to respond to help me. Comfy beds and bedding Wish i couldve stayed a little longer!

We had a lovely weekend in this Brighton town house. The place was exactly as pictured, lots of room, nice decor and spotless. Faye was prompt in sending over all information and checking we were settled in ok. Perfect spot to stay in Brighton, in walking distance to the centre and right near the sea front. Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.
