Holiday rentals with beach access in Eastbourne

Grateful to have had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment. In the most perfect location with the most perfect views, front and back. Not to mention how caring and thoughtful the hosts are. I really appreciated all the information and availability from start to finish. It had everything you needed including hot water bottles! We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

An amazing 3 nights stay at this beautiful location. The view is stunning! Lots to do in the area and the number 700 bus is a cheap and easy route into Brighton. Harley was a great host also. Thank you

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had with Airbnb. We loved Sam’s house from the spacious living room and dining room that could seat several families to the gorgeous backyard and extra rooms with en suite bathrooms in the back. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

This is a such a nice apartment. The space is very bright and inviting. It is well appointed and extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and lack clutter. The fresh flowers were a great touch and made the space just that much nicer. The bathroom is perfect. It is all brand new and the shower had great pressure and temperature. My son and I were in town for a Brighton game and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The shore is literally a stones throw away and it's a quick walk to the train station and shopping areas. We tried a few restaurants on Joanne's suggestion and they were excellent. What a great stay!

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Our time at Anna’s place was absolutely wonderful. The views are unbelievable, especially being able to see the sea from bed. The place is nicely decorated and the sofa is super comfortable! Some milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were also there on arrival, a thoughtful touch. The wifi was a bit slow and the shower hose could be a bit longer to make showering in the bath easier, but honestly these are the only improvements I can think of - it was a fantastic stay and we would happily stay again! Anna was also extremely helpful and kind, with quick responses to messages, clear instructions and helpful recommendations for local places to eat. Highly recommend!

Great location near shops and restaurants. Only 20 minute walk to city centre, but also close to lots of bus routes. Well equipped flat with great view of the sea, and spacious living areas. Really pleased to find condiments, tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

Had a great time in Simon's Apartment, would stay there again :)
