A very fresh and comfortable duplex apartment in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 100 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishingboat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

The house is equiped with all modern amenities. This traditional house dates back from the 19th century and combines traditional housing with modern living.
