Great value for money. Not the best wi-fi, but other than that no complaints from a regular arcadia resident.

Great unit in a highly rated complex. close to anything you might need, shopping, restaurants and nightlifeb are all in walking distance. the unit look like was described and showed in the pictures..Jonathan was a great host, very friendly and amicable and very responsive when asked questions. after multiple trips to Thailand I can say he is one of the best hosts I've stayed with and would definitely come back if the unit is available on my travel dates.

The location was conveniently located in downtown Pattaya. It was a downtown area, but the room was quiet and I had a rest. The host responded quickly to everything. We had a good stay. Thank you very much.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

Renata is a fantastic host, 5 stars isnt enough. the best Abnb host I've had, ease of check in, great place, close to everything, pool was great too. very secure building with 24hr security. Renata went above and beyond. She invited me to a Jungle Hash, an outdoor trek through the jungle, met lots of expats and Thais. Thanks for an amazing holiday, will be back!

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

My stay at the condo was exceptional, everything was clean and there was a 7-11 and starbucks with walking distance. 10/10 would recommend to stay here, and we definitely would stay here again! Thank you for the memorable stay! 🙆🏼‍♀️

I am a digital nomad and have to say that yours was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. There is everything you need in the accommodation soap, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, washing machine including detergent, everything has been thought of. It was clean and exactly as in the photos. The building is also unique and couldn't have made a better choice. Modern, clean, good location, pools on the roof, sauna, work room, gym. Reminded me a bit of Bangkok and dubai buildings. The price/performance ratio is great.

I love this apartment. I always stay here when I visit Pattaya. I fully recommend this property. And the location is perfect.

Ignore all the negativity in other comments. This condo is well worth the money you'll pay for it. Its a baht bus ride away from everything you'll ever need. I'm definitely booking again in the future. Go to the sky lounge for amazing views. I never used the gym because everything was out of order. The pools were too overcrowded. But this isn't the hosts fault. End of the day, it's a condo to sleep in at night, and has a shower to keep clean.

I had a really good rest before heading out. ^ ^ It was nice to meet the Korean owner in a faraway country, and he was very responsive. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom was tidy, the water pressure was very strong, the hot water came out well, and it was a spotless place. I'll be back for another time!

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Everything was beautiful and the price of the house was very suitable, which needs a simple house consisting of two floors with three rooms on the top and at the bottom, a dining room and a kitchen that does not hesitate. The price was very convenient and it is considered little compared to the other houses Thank you so much for your interest in us ( the owner of the house was wonderful and understanding thank you)!!

Had a wonderful stay during our family trip in Bangkok! The house was super clean and well-maintained, located in a nice area with easy access to everything we needed. It’s very convenient with a Seven Eleven and market nearby. We felt comfortable and at home the whole time. Definitely planning to stay here again on our next trip. The perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Car or moped highly recommended. Pool was sensational for us as we like to swim and you can almost always do it alone in the giant pool. Small improvements would be necessary in the accommodation. (e.g. a reasonable coffee maker, a little more cozy Furniture for the patio)

We had a wonderful stay at Phillipe's house. There was plenty of room for us and our 4 children. Cleaned every day. Lovely shared pool, which was mostly just us using during our stay. Easy to get to Koh Samet for day trips. Some lovely beach restaurants in walking distance.
