Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eastern Thailand

The owner turned on the air conditioner before check-in time on the day of arrival. Lots of trees, shady, enough chairs, lots of fans, clean room, well-equipped, suitable for a group of friends or as a family. Private atmosphere, not far from the sea, many restaurants at night.

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

Excellent vibe. We went with our college age children who enjoyed the upscale hostel vibe. Quiet room and lots to do, without the mass tourism feel in the neighborhood.

if you look at the other reviews you will see that this place is very big and excellent value for money. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. Very convenient layout for two couples. In general, a very pleasant house, clean and no unpleasant smells, a separate aspect for small dehumidifiers in each room is a good microclimate, good air conditioners are also present. We felt at home 🥰 for comfortable transportation - motorbikes coped perfectly, the traffic on the island is calm. A mountain cool river with a waterfall where you can swim in a walking distance. Housekeeping once a week is included in the price 🫶 I recommend

Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .

I have been here several times already and will book here again if I come back to Pattaya. The friendly host, clean room, and amenities were all perfect.

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. We liked the apartment very much, especially the breathtaking view from the roof. The modern and beautiful decor impressed us. Sometimes the audience in the house was a little less pleasant, and the street downstairs is quite noisy and lively. However, this is known at Pattaya. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Check-in is easy, and everything is around the accommodation, so it seems like guests can live conveniently. Personally, it was so nice to have a pool on the 31st floor. I recommend it.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.
