It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations. Bohol Island, the Philippines still has less hands of outsiders in the Philippines. So it is suitable as a local destination where you can experience that culture rather than sightseeing. In addition, Yamini's place was great for experiencing coffee farms and coffee harvesting, so it was great for a variety of experiences. It is a perfect place to feel the unique culture of the island of Bohol, who wants to learn coffee, who wants to experience a coffee farm, who wants to experience the coffee farm.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

Very nice resort fully staffed. I stayed in cottage very nice bed and WiFi router outside room so good connection. Resort can prepare meals.staff responsive and Caring

Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

It was beyond than my imagination. I got an accident while driving along the road. It seems hard to achieve to reach Cocogarden unless this superhost was not patiently waiting for us.(6hrs much delayed by an accident). I appreciate their kind pick-up service, worried about me. When I arrived at Cocogarden, this peaceful shelter helped my healing. I picked Papaya leaf on my wound, which helped less pain. Coconut is ripped and harvested. They gave me some of it. I could make a juicy memory of it. not only peaceful outside, but the inside was awesome. I could feel their consideration of visitors. They prepared enough hangers, lots of kitchen tools, needed appliances at spot, and furniture locations. Everything is perfect to stay living and feeling at home. Just Mosquito, fly outside is a problem to joy garden. I appreciate your good influence, Jim&Suzette. I will come back.

The place is perfect. Peaceful and private. We had the place to ourselves and we enjoyed a lot! Host Sarah and Ma'am Lita were great! Looking forward to go back and enjoy the beach and the beautiful scenery. Highly recommended 😍

Enjoyed our stay at Roland’s apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the easy access to all restaurants and water sports activities by Grab. Roland was very responsive and appreciate him coming to pick us at the airport and give us a nice overview of Lapu Lapu. I would not hesitate recommending his apartment to other guests and will definitely stay here when I am back with my full family

I had a great stay in Masanori’s place. Nice sea view from the bedroom. Convenient place since restaurant grocery stores, cafe and banks are just walking distance.

Our flight was delayed, then had an issue with rental car, and then on top of that there was a Fiesta in the city that caused a heavy traffic getting to Roland's Apartment. Put simply we got there late at night. Roland was there patiently waiting for us. He ramined to be friendly and understanding with our situation. We appreciated that.

Nice appartman, clean, perfect view, close to the sea. Many activity possible, Roland was very friendly.

Vanessa's place is clean and comfortable. Vanissa is accommodating and responsive. Location is inside a secured village, with security check before going in the place. Public transportation though is quite a challenge, you have to walk to the gate to get one. Hotel staff can get taxi upon request.

Roland was a great host. He met me at the residence, walked me thru both condos and explained everything. Roland had information for all the best restaurants, water sports and tours available as well. A host doesn't have to provide that information but Roland went above and beyond. We will be contacting Roland again for our next trip to the Cebu. Thank you Roland for a wonderful stay
